How long does it take for the embassy to notify you after NVC sent package?

The NVC sent our K1 package to the US embassy in Moscow on March 7th, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I've called the embassy about a dozen times, and no one can tell me anything useful. How long does it normally take? Also, does anyone know which number I should call to get any actual information from the US embassy in Moscow? Thanks!

I always emailed them and had answers within 2-3 business days.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
