I received email from NVC today with STUPID CHECKLIST :( :( " Item 14- In I-864EZ form I didn't mark that I'm LPR"

But I added my A#. I didn't see this at all

Anyway, I did mark it and reprint and sign it again and shipped it too also today by FedeX. Hopefully they will review it quickly

Anyone has any idea about how long they usually take in case checklist like this ?

My Scan Date : 02/24/2015

Checklist :( : 03/31/2015

usually resets to another 45days. My friend had almost same. Forgot to check question that asked if you ever served in the military. She resent since march 9 scan date and nothing yet.

OMG, so sorry about it. In fact, this form is quite tricky, as checked check-boxes may become unchecked when printed out. Go through it several times before sending it off. And good luck!!!

Hi guys.

best regards.

Hello. It's been 42 days since I filled my DS-261. My husband talked to an agent few minutes ago and asked her kindly to review our DS-261 because the last time we called, we were told to wait for 42 days until IV invoice. The agent told him that there is really no definite time when they would review DS-261 nor when they would issue an invoice for IV fee. They added that it took long because we had a "Choice of Agent/A Third Party". Hello?! Isn't that what the purpose of that form is? Now I am confused. I don't know if they're making these all up for an excuse that they haven't reviewed our DS-261. Come on NVC. Stop giving us that #######! :ranting::protest::angry:
