My wife called today and they told her: "There is not visa avaible at this moment, we have wait more time".

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

I did call last week and still saying no visa available

I think may be because case completed late

I don't know. I'll call 01-June

Good luck hopefully they schedule for the interview soon for both of us and everyone away from husband or wife

I hope all is well. I will create a new forum for Scan date May and June therefore, we all can update each other the progress of our case in NVC. In regards to your question, we have sent our document on 5th May and they received it on the 7th May however, I called on Thursday to find out that they have scanned it on 11th May therefore, my advise is to call NVC as they did not send any letter to us and found out all this over the phone.

Please see the quotation below I have found from the NVC website:

Group B: Choice of processing

You can choose either Email processing (Group A above) or Mail processing (Group C below). This means that you can do which ever method you have chosen.

Important: Once you select a group, you must follow this processing method throughout the NVC process. You cannot switch groups later in the process.

Your welcome. From my understanding I think it is optional and you can choose email processing or Mail then once you have selected one option you are not able to change it. However , I advise you to call them tomorrow and find out. Best of luck but I do not think it is a big issue so do not worry too much.
