I feel worn out guys. It's been a long week. I know we've had only a few approvals and it's disappointing to see how USCIS takes whatever explanation out of their a$$e$ just to shut us up. It really is taking its toll on me. We didn't pay $10, $100, or $500 to exercise our birth given right, we paid over $1,000 for half a$$ed service! It is so unbelievably unfair that there are people here that have waited more than 365 days! All of us here call USCIS with our fingers crossed for good news praying to God that something has changed in our favor, and some officers simply don't give a poop! WHERE IS THE SENSE OF URGENCY??? WHERE IS THE SERVICE WE DESERVE??? WHERE THE HELL ARE OUR GREEN CARDS?!?!?! I'm sorry guys, I'll shut up now.

Please do not shut up. First it helps with the frustration and there friends here to listen. Second stay mad, we need to have an affect for the future...we need to rattle the bars of their cages...

Boy do I understand your feelings...

Good Morning.....

I am hoping that those that have been waiting have see approvals today. If I am starting feeling a bit frustrated, I can only imagine what those that are going on a year feel. It would be nice to see movement today.

June 11 - "Welcome to America" letter received!!!!!! WE WENT GREEN!
March 10 - Packet sent to CSC
March 13 - Delivered
March 15 - Check Cashed
March 17 - NOA Arrived

I'm confused. Why would your IR-2 child need to AOS in the first place? I thought citizenship (under 18) or GC (between 18 -21) was automatic. Is he or she over 18?

No I haven't but I have eaten frog legs before... .. does that count?!?!

Yes it was in FL, I looked at his profile the yesterday and no update, guess he is busy getting on with life, although if it was me, I would be constantly harassing the USCIS to get a case up date!

Constantly harassing?? that will be a futile exercise. there is absolutely nothing an applicant can do but to wait :protest::protest: . they all work at snail speed.

thinking too much about it builds up all that anxiety thats not very good for daily living. :crying:

Hoping to get some news anyways.

Hi welcome to the thread! I can't believe that they didn't send you an NPIW letter until the 1st week of Jan, they are unbelieveable!!! I got my K1 approval in 33 days too!

Answer: It just adds another year until you can apply for ROC. Removing Conditions goes off the date of your GC, so if you receive it say next month you wont be able to apply for ROC, until 90 days before the 2 years are up. So in summary USCIS add an extra, unnecessary year to your visa journey! :(

Just received another letter

Stating to give em another 30-60 days

Both letter n envelope have the chatsworth address (SFV office)

Not sure why I received this letter if I only made one SR. and had already received a response on it

Because instead of being hot on the approval button, they like to make SR's up1!
