God knows you need to rant...I did it everyday...we're listening...

I still feel it in my bones that you will hear this week...All my fingers and toes are crossed for you...

Thank you for hanging in here with us! I hope your right, GOD I hope you are right!

But this new member with the Feb filing date disturbs me, I hope they get their approval this week!

Nope :( every time they contact them they basically say its just in progress, they dont ask for anything just say stuff like "you should hear soemthing within 90 days but if you dont blah blah blah. And when they say I'l hear something within a set amount of time theyre very careful to make it clear that my case wont necessarily b moving in that time just that theyl write to me again within that time to keep me posted

Search for the Congressman in your district, (California seems to have many many districts) and write an email and then call them! This is not appropriate time frames with no explanation of what the hold up is, We have paid for this service.

Also, maybe try an Infopass appointment, another member here was at least able to find out that his file was at a distant field office and not stuck at NBC.

Vent away, hopefully they might read it and understand that it is a financial loss as well as emotional rollercoaster!

If I have to go to the social security or the driving licence place etc, my husband then has to take time off from work to take me. To take me to Pittsburgh for my biometrics it is a 2 and a half hour drive, so another day off work, not too mention the cost of petrol etc.

We find it hard to justify the loss of wages and the cost, just because the USCIS are short staffed. After all that is what it boils down too, to many applications and not enough staff to sort the back logs out!

Where is Esperedo12 today? Hope they are ok, normally on by this time drinking their Green stuff. Hmmm.

Agreed, I have to take the time off for my husband also and to have to do the same things over and over and over, its riducilous! So much loss of time, wages and money.

I was thinking about them also,, I dont know.

I also get conflicting information, the file is here or there and then back here again. I don't believe anything they say either. The Tier 1 always apologize and are very polite, Tier 2..well I have not experienced a pleasant one of those yet.

Hello everyone! I have read all posts up until now. I'm here Shell. Busy morning at work, so had no time to post, but I did have my daily green. Camtor, I understand and we share the same frustration. I wish USCIS would atleast show a sense of urgency when you call and tell them you've been waiting a whole year. I don't know what made my wife's application move to Harlingen, TX, but the only thing I have noticed is that all service requests before March 27th were addressed to the El Paso, TX office, which is where we live. The service request done on March 27 was sent to NBC. I know this because the SR number ends in good ol' MSC. So it was finally sent to the proper location where the application had been sitting all that time.

Espared, i don't even know what to think. I hope my wife's case is not at NBC but who knows....

I don't know if i would call it confirmation as I don't trust him, but he said he is sure it is at NBC and that the decision will be made at NBC...
