morning ,everyone.I have been trying to look for info of renew EAD/AP ,but I can't find any .I remember I need submit form I-175 I-131 and copy of current EAD ,receipt of NOA and 2 visa pictures ?

i am the type that goes overboard, so to be safe, we sent to much...i used this memo and enclosed these items (hope it helps):

My Adjustment of Status (I-485, Receipt#MSCxxxx) application is pending. I had received a Notice of Potential Interview Waiver and another letter explaining additional delays. Since the EAD and AP are expiring, its my understanding that you can help renew these documents without an additional fee. I am enclosing the following documents in support of my renewal application for EAD and AP:
- Newly completed form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
- Newly completed form I-131, Application for Travel Document
- Form G-1145 (eNotification)
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt of filing I-485
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt of filing I-765 (originally)
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt of filing I-131 (originally)
- Copy of previously approved Employment Authorization Card (Front)
- Copy of previously approved Employment Authorization Card (Back)
- Previously approved EAD mailer information and approval notice
- 2 color photographs (A# lightly printed in the back)
- Copy of I-94 arrival/departure travel history
- Copy of passport's biographic page & visa page
Please approve the above mentioned application. If you have any questions or need additional information concerning the above, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you in advance for your kind attention and cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,

this whole process is unbelievable. last night we looked at the next steps, after the conditional green card. looks like just shy of 2 years, we have to apply for the removal of the conditions for a 10 year green card. then, 3 years from the anniversary date of getting this gc is when we can look at naturalization. so this one year delay in processing the gc delays the entire process. has anyone looked in to it? does what i found sound right? just seems like its a never ending cycle.

Morning everyone!

Status till says "Fingerprint Received" 1 Year, 1day. If would be fine to wait if the information was up front and honest. If the EAD/AP card didn't expire and Drivers License didn't expire with EAD and if the S.S. would just be S.S. numbers and didn't have a condition (work authorization only )on that also. So If you could get your EAD, S.S. and Drivers license and not have to worry about it until the GC comes, then that would be just fine with us. But to have to do the same things over and over and still hold on to your job because of sponsorship then that becomes difficult.. But when you have to get all the paper work to file the original papers for AOS again after filing for the K1 visa and then go to S.S. office and take a half day off work and wait, then never receive anything in the mail about S.S. #. Then take another half day off work to go into the office and then have them tell you that you can't have a S.S. card until you have an EAD card. Then you go for original EAD bio, (more time off work) then wait. Receive EAD, take more time off work and go to S.S. office again, then wait again for S.S. card again before you can work. Then end up going to DMV 3 times for Drivers license (more time off work). Then more time off work to go for Bio renewal but to find out that the application for AP has been lost somewhere and you will not receive anything to travel. (and I only found out that you have to renew EAD/AP because of this forum, otherwise I would have never known and it would have expired). Have to renew medical (more time off work), write letters to Ombudsman, Senators, Congressman, Reps (more personal time) , lost applications, lost EAD cards, no response to SRs.So, If you would be able to just get those three things (EAD/AP, S.S., Drivers License) and just wait for GC and the time frame was told to you up front then things would not be so frustrating. I constantly see others on this forum asking questions over and over. I feel horrible for all the people that are in the dark on what and when they are suppose to do things. People are just flying by the seat of their pants through this process. Also, to think of all the people that are not on this forum and not have the help that we have here. I shutter the thought. Disturbing.

I get long winded once and awhile, I could have gone on with more. Sorry, Carry on and have a good day.

Nope :( every time they contact them they basically say its just in progress, they dont ask for anything just say stuff like "you should hear soemthing within 90 days but if you dont blah blah blah. And when they say I'l hear something within a set amount of time theyre very careful to make it clear that my case wont necessarily b moving in that time just that theyl write to me again within that time to keep me posted

You need to call Tier 2 and demand an answer as to where your case is and if you don't gettin a satisfactory answer you tell them you want to talk to someone above them...We know there is a Tier 3...it is rare to have to go there, but this calls for it.

While you're at it, call your representative or one of your Senators, whichever you trust (or hate least) and get them to demand answers...they know that over 1 year is not acceptable...

Keep us posted Oldtimer...(and I use that term with respect)...

Vent away, hopefully they might read it and understand that it is a financial loss as well as emotional rollercoaster!

If I have to go to the social security or the driving licence place etc, my husband then has to take time off from work to take me. To take me to Pittsburgh for my biometrics it is a 2 and a half hour drive, so another day off work, not too mention the cost of petrol etc.

We find it hard to justify the loss of wages and the cost, just because the USCIS are short staffed. After all that is what it boils down too, to many applications and not enough staff to sort the back logs out!

Where is Esperedo12 today? Hope they are ok, normally on by this time drinking their Green stuff. Hmmm.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.
