Hope you have contacted your congressman and ombudsman, hope you throw the book at them, oh and don't forget an info pass, if nothing else it will give them a headache and let them know you're not going down without a fight!!!

I did everything, contacting congressman and ombudsman. Info pass is what I'm thinking about. I feel like I may have to wait until they decide to touch my case when I have luck. From the answer of my senator's respond, it looks like my case has not been assigned to any officer yet and nothing they can help me about that. I tell myself not to expect for any update recently. However, I will not give up LOL :dance:

My expedite request has gone from 'assigned' to 'we sent a response' to 'completed' today. No email so I expect they mailed it [yawn].

I'm guessing that they will either just resend the denial notice or say they didn't receive the evidence for my previous expedite request. The envelope was very very clearly addressed. I wish I'd put tracking on it now. In any case, if they are requesting the evidence again it will be delivered in person by way of an infopass.

Seems they are absolutely clueless, one doesn't seem to know what the other one is doing and I am absolutely positive/convinced now that they make it up as they go along, just blag it and hope they don't have someone who challenges them! I am not sure about the ombudsman with those weird emails yesterday I guess we will find out when there is a response from them about it!

I already wished Natonstan Happy Birthday on here today, but he hasn't been on yet it seems! Probably too busy planning his party tonight! Got one of my son's (husbands) over later tonight for Easter, so might not be on as much for the next few days, so we can do some mummy/son bonding, bake a cake, talk about his gf's, school, the world etc! Awwww.... :)

Yes it was in FL, I looked at his profile the yesterday and no update, guess he is busy getting on with life, although if it was me, I would be constantly harassing the USCIS to get a case up date!

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

Are you listening USCIS, the people, your customers are NOT happy even after receiving approval! Are you listening Leon Rodrigeus? Don't say we didn't tell you so when we take this matter further up the hierarchy!

Wish I was on the West Coast, although two days ago after mentioning my friend on here from California, she invited me over, quite coincidental. Hmm, snow like we still have here on the ground or California with a great friend who makes me laugh so hard, the choice is hard!! Not!
