I am not sure whether Congressman or Ombudsman's help or it is my turn. My status was not changed around 12am EST, but I got a message around 1am EST. We ordered your new card on March 31, 2015. My dream ( yesterday ) becomes true even it is a little quicker than actual date 4/8/2015 and it might be a date of receiving GC instead of approval. I expected to receive RFE for medical exam because my medical is way expired and I missed flu and varicella shots.

Good luck to you all and hope everyone will get GC soon.

Congrats!! You left one club (NPIW purgatory) to another; the greener side of the process that all of the waiverers need to be on very soon...Don't wave good-bye to those still waivering...stay to cheer them on...

Thank you Espared. I guess my wife and I really need to call again. We called mid march and tier1 refused to transfer us to tier2 but did file a useless service request. Needless to say we didn't get a response to that. We have no idea if our application is still at NBC. We are basically at one year since filing and our fingerprints were received on April 10th...

You two have really been through the mill with immigration and probably find them intimidating but like Esperedo said we have paid the fees for this treatment, we are the customers and if we want to know where our private information has gone they have a legal obligation to share it otherwise they wouldn't have an info service!

I really, really hope you guys hear something sooner rather than later. There are so many people on here who have been waiting for SO long and deserve their GC's. It really saddens me to see them going through this. :(

May the Easter Bunny bring you a GC instead of a chocolate egg, GC's are calorie free!!!! :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

I know! Now I have no idea how long I am supposed to wait for something to happen at the field office. Days? Weeks? Months?

Yeah, I know, the ultimate question...it appears they are trying, for the most part, to stay close to the 1 year mark. We'll see with MoveOn this week. You don't know how long it's been there. It seems that it is within 60 days of arrival. This is the downfall on the InfoPass because if it's not at your FO, they really don't know that much more...Good luck as always guys...

Call them early, and when tier 1 answers provide them with the information they ask for and request to talk to level 2. I was once told by a tier 1 supervisor that all you have to do is ask and they should transfer without pushback. You have to call early because they get a lot of people transferred to level 2 and level 2 blocks their transfers and then they won't be able to transfer. I was literally calling every day until I finally got somewhere yesterday.

Thank you Shell! You are so very kind. Yeah my wife is petrified of immigration. After we have been separated for almost a year (only I was allowed to visit her) she really wants some normality... But its hard to only think of yourself, seeing how many people are seriously struggling with this process. So many people who need green card even more than we do! I really hope for some movement in the upcoming weeks...

Told you to believe in the power of dreams although I would be rather hesitant given the date 1st of April That's how much I trust the USCIS... Not! They send out bogus service requests, send people to bogus interviews so whats to stop them sending out an April Fools just for shits and giggles?

Congratulations for getting that they ordered your card and I will give you a doubly big Congratulations when it arrives to your address and doesnt get lost like it did with Guiseppe or Natonstan!! Let's hope their are more approvals today!! Enjoy! :) Doing my happy dance for you with my cup of tea and the Easter Bunny! :)

Thank you so much for keeping me stay positive the whole process. There are two things that I am still worrying about.

First, USCIS can make an error on GC which will make me to submit I-90.

Second, I have changed my address on January 2015 and I got confirmation by email, mail and Tier 1. The problem can be from here.

It looks like the Harlingen, TX field office is about an 11 hour drive from good ol' El Paso, TX, where were at. Believe it or not, I am considering driving there with an infopass appointment for that office. Derwood suggested I write Ms. Norma A. Limon, which is the office field director and politely ask for something to happen soon. What do you guys think?

If it was after midnight wouldn't that make it 1st April, aka April Fool's. I am sure they couldn't, wouldn't be allowed to do that though. I just find it weird that it says your card was being ordered at 1am in the morning, unless the computer updates over night?!?! Then again cards were being ordered on Saturday, which I also found weird, perhaps they are doing over time to catch up? I don't know it's enough to make any person who is sane, unstable!

I read up about 1.90 yesterday, I dont think you can do that with a conditional card, however if they did send it to the wrong address and you have the email, don't worry as it would be free to get another card, because it would be their mistake!

Good morning Peeps,,

Seems there has been an approval after midnight? Very strange, obviously very aware of the date to day and we all know the USCIS like to send out bogus service requests, send you to bogus field office appointments etc. I am even wondering if they are now pretending to be the OMBUDSMAN, wouldnt that be funny seeing as they would have got the wrong date. Its April 1st today not yesterday!

Any way sorry for being so cynical I didn't use to be until i started reading all the stories on here and I guess you just couldn't make some of them up!!

Hopefully the USCIS are in the spirit of Easter and miracles will happen at this wonderful time of year! May the Green Force be with you ALL today! :)

Cynical? I hate say this (and I know you know that) but on the mountain of cynicism, you have not reached the summit. But remember this, keep your pitons well placed and your carabiners secure because the fall is into the pit of despair, and you don't want to be there...Keep fighting and flinging darts (and buggers) in their general direction...I'm listening...

I received an email this morning from my Senator.

Thank you for contacting my office for assistance. The officials at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently provided me with an interim report on your pending case. The officer further advised that you should receive a decision within 30-45 days. My office will contact you when I receive any updates regarding your case. If you do not receive a decision by April 30, 2015, please get us a call.
