How long to expect the green card after NPIW?

Couple of months if you're lucky. The longest is currently over one year from USCIS receive date.

It's not processed by order but random.

Good luck!

I think I said last week the OMBUDSMAN normally takes on average two weeks to get involved, so I don't know why they told you when you rang the up they were only dealing with Jan requests. I think, not 100 percent sure that if you look back

Natonstan got exactly the same thing the day he got approved I know he had three separate emails from them that day, or that day and the very next day.

This is very positive! I can feel the GC!!

the good thing is that Ombudsman is getting involved...

I contacted Ombudsman one day earlier, i.e. 03/17, I guess I will receive a similar response, not sure when...

I just was about to post the same thing. I got the same letter. I wrote after seeing Natonstan's post a few weeks ago --- lets hope that they are really doing something.

Just got outta my Infopass appointment. Arrived at 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment, finally saw someone at 12:40.

The officer was really friendly. I first asked about my lost EAD and she told me that unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it and the suggested route of refilling and expediting through my congressman was the best one.

She was surprised at how long my I-485 has been pending. She checked and found that it's at the Hialeah, FL field office and said that was unfortunate because if it was in their office she could have pulled it and got it worked on immediately. She then tried to file a service request to get it worked but because I already filed one online that hasn't yet been answered, the system wouldn't allow it. My service request has an NYC suffix but she said its now assigned to an officer in Florida. Apparently April 9 is the date they must respond by and so she told me to come back after that if there was no movement.

2013 7/15 I-129F sent, 7/18 received Dallas lockbox, 7/22 NOA1, 10/22 NOA2, 11/15 NVC Case Created, 11/20 NVC Shipped, 11/25 Consulate received, 11/28 Packet 3 received/returned, 11/29 Medical, 12/9 Packet 4 received

2015 4/13 AOS approved (no interview), 4/22 Green card received

2017 1/17 I-751 ROC filed (VSC), 1/23 NOA, 2/28 Biometrics

2018 1/31 ROC approved

2020 1/14 N400 filed
