Just gotta return call from Officer Jennifer Ramirez stating that she received our FAX and we will be approved today. Predicted date 3/28/15 (a Saturday, office closed). Keep ya posted.

2/24/15 Third service request on line (out of processing date)

3/5/15 Written response from Imperial, CA states " ...we are not able to give you a timeframe..." for approval

3/27/15 Call from IO in Imperial CA FSO, required marriage certificate, FAX it immediately

3/27/15 GC approved!! One day before predicted date...

Checked my phone, nothing.. Dream ? In that dream I felt such a pleasant feeling of release and happiness, but it's only dream..

ok got a callback from T2 waiting! says my wait time will be 33 minutes, let's see if that holds true.

The T1 agent agreed with me that I seem to be about 4 months behind, so transferred me across. (June applicant, local office in August...). Maybe I'll get some light shed on the situation!

SHe said she was looking at our file and could not find our marriage certificate (you gotta be kidding). She said to FAX it and she would adjudicate today...Wow after all the bad things I said about USCIS, they could have just RFE'ed us and taken 2 more weeks...

I just got an-email from my senator in Boston, asking me to sign consent form so that they can assist with my case. This is the only hope I have.
