Just checking in with everyone, I just went into the HR at work to let them take information from my Green card, I had to fill out a whole form because my status changed.

I wish there was at least SOME approvals today..

How does it feel to be a legal citizen? Did you see the link I just posted? Wish Nlhernan was around to see it he would give the guy a few home truths about what is really going on here and how it is affecting people, financially, emotionally and such!

That is why I am thinking the OMBUDSMAN may have called them and some person who didn't understand the phone call decided to email you!! SMH! Have you emailed the OMBUDSMAN and enquired if it was them? I would, give them a nudge in the right direction!

SHe said she was looking at our file and could not find our marriage certificate (you gotta be kidding). She said to FAX it and she would adjudicate today...Wow after all the bad things I said about USCIS, they could have just RFE'ed us and taken 2 more weeks...
