I just wanted to JUSTIFY my freaking out, the alert USPS gave me wasn't that they tried to deliver and nobody was in, they legit said my address was wrong and that it's being sent back to the sender, THAT's why I was mad, but fortunately I called and it was just because the Postman stuck it on the wrong route.. the thing that gets me is my expected delivery day was today so really the alert just caused unneeded stress... Ah well I'm just praying it does come today, T minus 9 hours till my mail comes

This was happened to me few months ago. Amazon had my address right but USPS's status was " Non delivery due to wrong address". I went to USPS main office to talk to supervisor and he told me that they accidently put my package in the wrong truck (route). I asked him that can I pick up my package now and he gave it to me.

If you can go to work late tomorrow, then I would recommend you to pick it up.

I have a question....I am getting ready for EAD/AP renewal apps. I have the cover letter, and a checklist.

My question is should I also include the copies of passport pages again, copies of marriage cert again, etc? I just wanted know if send everything like the first time, but include the copies of the issued ead card and the noa1's, and the photos.

I had calculated the renewal date of 4/17/15 however someone on here told me my calculations were wrong, so I recalculated and it said renewal date is 4/7/15 based off of 8/5/15 card expiration date. So I am getting all the paperwork ready now.

Can anyone help me?

I included the same documents as the first time + the 2 photos and the copy of EAD card (no marriage certificate is needed).

Well after a 8 hour slog at the office I come home to find this in my Mail box

Correct NOTHING and the USCIS website has not changed in the last years and 7 days either ;(

I hate that, my wife thinks I check the mailbox like a kid waiting for his brand new toy to be delivered but is always disappointed. Been checking the mail around 1-2pm every Monday to Saturday for nearly 9 months now.

Good morning all. Here's hoping we get some approvals today. Oh well, it's time for me to go work my butt off for $8 an hour again. It's a pity I can't do my old job. I'd be earning $8 in a quarter of an hour instead. Unfotunately I can't do that without a little something beginning with ... green.

It's definitely a USPS problem, I'm not sure which is worse to be honest, I've only used USPS a handful of times since I've lived here and they've messed up at least 4 times in the span of a year, bearing in mine I must've used them maybe 7 times at the most

Just got back from the post office. USPS has lost my renewal EAD.

Oh man! I sent my EAD renewal and the tracking went to a Post office in Chicago and never updated from there, I had to phone my local post office and get them to email them to see where the hell it was, sure enough that night it got updated as delivered to the P.O Box... if I hadn't had got the tracking who knows what would've happened, at least I got approved before needing the EAD

That's such a pain, I hope they manage to trace it, I honestly cannot believe how useless USPS are, I mentioned my EAD renewal got temporary lost, now this Green card #######, and also last month I sent mail from here in Texas to California and USPS decided to take a detour up to Maryland/DC and then deliver it a week late...

I can't believe USCIS will not use any other shipment method other than USPS. We fork out big bucks to have applications processed, the least they can do is use FedEx. The immigration system is so broken, I don't think there will every be someone that can pick up all the pieces and fix it, at least not in this lifetime.
