Okay I phoned my local post office and she told me to call back between office hours, and then was like oh do you have tracking? So I told her and she checked the cart and said it got out on the wrong route and will be delivered tomorrow..

The thing is it was actually MEANT to come tomorrow so when I see a huge alert telling me it's undeliverable and is gonna be returned I got so mad... Let's just pray it actually arrives

I'm sorry you got such a scare! Try to take a deep breath and just wait for tomorrow. I'm sure it WILL be there tomorrow. It just seems sometimes like there is always a bump in the road, dosent it? Please try to relax, I know easier said than done.

Bah, just got back from burger and beer night. Last week they had no beef for the burgers the week before no onions, tonight no tomatoes. I come back to see that Natonstan's card has been lost in transit, my son HASN'T contacted me for nearly 2 weeks, I just want to drown myself in a HUGE bottle of vodka, listen to 80s music and to heck with everything although I can't cope with a hangover, getting too old for that. USCIS did I tell you lately that you suck?!?! I feel a Bridget Jones moment, going to get some Ben and Jerry's from the fridge!

I just got a notification that green card is in production! Woot! Soo happy I even did my happy dance lol Just in time for my Name Day today Double celebration tonight.

Yay!!! good for you..congrats!!! Our dates are close!

Does anyone of you guys know how they choose who is going to get this letter ? I saw lot of November and even December filers' interviews are scheduled, but I got this letter 8 days ago( December filer). I know they say every cease is diferent, I know that for example cases connected with military are privileged, but what about other cases , how they decide that ?

The USPS tracking alert trigger USCIS to send the undeliverable alert also so I was about to cry, the post office lady assured me it was on the cart for tomorrow so I'll try and be calm, it goes to show at this point we lose all trust in government agencies..

Well after a 8 hour slog at the office I come home to find this in my Mail box

Correct NOTHING and the USCIS website has not changed in the last years and 7 days either ;(

It's my birthday on April fools day and I just got a package from my grandparents full of food from Ireland, kinbery biscuits, jam etc. Soooooo happy!

Ok, so we were surprised to see that tier 2 does not have the ability to do anything for us but submit service requests. I called USCIS as soon as I got home and spoke with tier 1. They told me tier 2 was not taking anymore calls for the day. The agent I spoke to was able to see that my wife's application is now in the El Paso, TX. I asked if this was new because in past conversations with tier 1 they seemed like robots that only read out loud the case status from the website. She said this was not new. What was more surprising was that tier 1 knew we received a NPIW letter from past service requests. She explained right on what the NPIW letter is. I asked about 10 times if she was sure that the application was no longer at the NBC, and asked her to confirm several times that the app is now in El Paso. She confirmed and gave me her name and agent ID. I don't know if to feel excited or what. I'm going to call again tomorrow To see about talking to tier 2.
