Come on field offices, get through those approvals!!! :)

I don't know where to reply to you ,so I tried here .I don't know why you can't see my timeline ,I thought I made my timeline visible to everyone ,maybe I didn't. I got married in March 2014.Applied in JUNE 2014. My husband made several mistakes so we got two times of RFE. Finally I got my EAD in November 2014 and NPIW letter received in November 2014. My local office was processing JUNE filer two months ago .So I did 2 service request since then .I just submitted a form to Ombudsman, hope that will help . :cry:

IM LIVID RIGHT NOW! USPS has lost my green card! It says cannot be delivered and I look on Google and apparently it means they've put it on the wrong truck and as a cause it gets sent back to the return address, I could not be any more fuming right now, what the hell do I do now!!

Got a letter from my Congressman, he got a reply from USCIS about my case. It says that I am being considered for a potential interview waiver and my case is at the NBC and when ready will go to a field office. The wait is nine to twelve months.

Does he mean nine to twelve months from my NOA1 or from now?

My SR is stuck at "On March 20, 2015, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.

Bet it is never going to be seen. I'm planning to wait to 20th April then file with Ombudsman. Or should I file on the 1st April which is 60 days after the case has been outside processing times for my local field office?

What did you send when you filed with the Ombudsman and has anyone apart from Natonstan gotten a reply from them?

But you are a permanent resident from the date of issue not the date of receipt, do you need the card to show proof of work? I think you have to get an INFOPASS and get that stamp, right?

Damn, you can't even file for a replacement Green Card online because you didn't receive it.

After all the trouble with USCIS, now you have to deal with USPS.

USPS is horrible, I'm waiting for a credit card sent through them and all it says is departed Salt Lake City on 23rd March. It can't take 2 days to get to OH on one truck without stopping somewhere to be swiped...

I prefer UPS and Fedex, but unfortunately USCIS doesn't send things through them. DHL actually delivered my son passport the next day after it was issued in the UK to our OH address, brilliant service.

Okay I phoned my local post office and she told me to call back between office hours, and then was like oh do you have tracking? So I told her and she checked the cart and said it got out on the wrong route and will be delivered tomorrow..

The thing is it was actually MEANT to come tomorrow so when I see a huge alert telling me it's undeliverable and is gonna be returned I got so mad... Let's just pray it actually arrives
