Hi guys, i was stressed thinking why things took so long. Untill i found this forum i realize im not the only one! Next month gonna be our first anniversery but still havent recieve any new since sep 2014. Have any one here recieved potential interview letter on Sep 10th 2014 like me? If you recieved same time, did you get any new from then? I just send my 1st status request from march 11th. No respond till now. Never been waiting this long in my life! Wish you all best of luck!

Sept letter? sorry to say you have a bit to wait still. We filed April 14, got the dreaded letter July 29th - at first we thought it would speed things up, but quickly learned an interview would have been a better route (as if we had a choice). We just filed our EAD/AP renewals (we waited hoping every day to hear about the GC. Some people just before us and even with our dates got their approval notice - so we figure our turn soon. Maybe today? Maybe another month? Maybe, maybe, maybe...ugh...some days I want to scream...

Good morning everyone! So we finally received our hard copy of the RFE and like I thought before, his medical definitely expired and they want a new one. The only question I have now is do they want a full medical or just the vaccination. At the top of the notice it says to submit a completed medical but at the bottom under "Other" they stated that we are only required to submit pages 1 and 5 of form I-693. Can someone look at the attached notice and help me figure out if he has to redo the entire medical or just get the vaccinations transcribed? Thanks!

From the looks of it it surely seems like just pages 1 & 5 are required. Maybe someone else will chime in! On the side note we are still waiting, like most of us. We contacted the Ombudsman last Monday through the link. This is such a roller coaster.

I am finally getting back to tell you guys what I talked with Tier 2 today. First, the 69 minutes end up being 130 minutes actually (I guess USCIS just likes to give half of the time that they will be giving you an answer on anything... phone call, approval etc). The officer said he had no access to my file so he just asked me to give him the receipt number and other verification questions. then he put me on hold of 2 minutes, came back and said he can't see any specific reason why my case is not moving and he suggested to do a SR to find out why is still in Lee Summit.

I mentioned that about the forum and there are a lot of people that filled after me and they were approved already, some within 2-3 months from filling. He said that is not accurate information because each case is different by 100% and can't compare them. (such BS).

So now I am just waiting for a for a new SR response. My case online has this assigned: "As of March 24, 2015, your general inquiry, referral number WKDxxxxxxxxxxMSC, is currently not assigned for processing."

Yep, any old toddle to get you off the phone! I smell BS, but seriously can they tell the truth that the figures they roll off each month aren't accurate? That they are WAY behind because they are told which visas are important at any one time and ours/we are just NOT that important right now, until we/us start lobbing the higher up beings and they get in touch with USCIS, then we will urgent/important and someone else will suffer the waiting game. They call it politics and much the same happens in the UK. SMH. Thanks for trying!!

Sorry can't help there, but I imagine its probably vaccinations if everything else is in order. Not sure I know who else has had a medical or should I say had to have redone because they have been made/ordered to wait for a GC. SMH!

Yay I love roller coasters!!! I actually love the feeling of my stomach churning and the feeling of wanting to regurgitate my breakfast! NOT!! Same feeling I get when I see the USCIS have received our money for fingerprint fee has been received!

I do hope that the OMBUDSMAN gets it sorted out for everyone, it's a bulk order so perhaps they will just give them all over to the USCIS in one go and in turn give them a BIG headache! Wish I was a fly on the wall in the USCIS office!!:jest::P;)

Great so that is around 10 to 11 days right? Need to remember this one to give everyone who will ask how long it takes. It use to take 7 to 8 days, but I guess the OMBUDSMAN is keeping them busy!! ha ha ha

Good morning Peeps,

Well are we going to see any approvals today? Nat I think has been waiting over a year, Nlhernan, Esperado, Movin On, Strong always Giuseppe and so many more not far behind. Shake my head if I shake it much more it will fall off!

Hopefully the OMBUDSMAN will get their cloak on and into action to save the lonely little GC's out there that just want to be united with their lawful owners!

I will say a prayer for you all today and may the GC force be with you!! I want to see TONS AND TONS of approvals and may the first one be before mid day. :)

After a wait like this I'd do nothing, say nothing, not complain and hope that it takes long enough to avoid ROC altogether.

True, but it means just that much longer to naturalization; though without the cost & pain of ROC...

Knowning USCIS, they'll get approval the day before their second wedding anniversary.

They need to submit ombusman and congressional inquiries now...
