Just called could not get past tier 1 and they said we have to wait the 60 day mark which is 8/24/15.

Call again, and keep insisting. On my EAD, I had to insist three times and he was very mean to me towards the end. But I persisted and his response was something like "since you continue to insist for a transfer to Tier 2, I have no choice but to transfer you". I said "Thank you." He came right back and said "No need to thank me" and transferred me. I rolled my eyes at that moment. Sigh!

Oh and the EAD card for here this afternoon. Tier1 kept saying I had to wait 30 days and told me I have to call back no earlier than next Friday. I said no, I am about to lose my job and the renewal was expedited with an RFE to fax evidence to them instead of mailing it. I know several immigration lawyers and they told me that is highly unusual but it's a good sign they try to fulfill the expedition request. For a timeline, please see my sig.

I don't understand this. What exactly happened? I called them a LOT! And every time I called, it was very simple and easy to ask the tier1 to transfer me, they were always willing to transfer. So it must be something.

I apologize if this was asked before in the thread but Potential Interview waivers are only for K-1/K-2 AOS filers right? all other cases have to go through a mandatory USCIS interview?

I received the welcome letter yesterday but still haven't recieved anything about the actual card being mailed it's been a week since approval does anyone know if it's really 3 weeks after the approval letter like the welcome letter says ?

hi i read somewhere in this thread you have to call uscis to send you the card (it is like reminding them) so it will help if you call them and ask for your card.

I've got approved on June 30, 2015, and I still don't received my green card yet.
