Well, my SR has been assigned again for the 3rd time - submitted Feb 14, assigned Feb 18, then again Mar 20, and again Mar 24. If they're truly looking at it, I hope that they don't decide to send me an RFE for the medical!

Doubtful, flu season is about to finish and I doubt you would be able to get an up to date vaccine

My last SR had that happen also, was changed three maybe four times, Im tired of keeping track of it to be honest, and now it is stuck on March 9th. I filed it originally on Feb 25th. BUT, the SR is ALSO over on the left and says that it is NOT assigned for processing. So anyone's guess is as good as mine. I"m very worn out over all of this.

Ive been waiting 8 months in April, but I can't imagine how worn out with the process I would be after a year or so, I guess I will find out!

Yes you can! I got such a good deal on flights using my air miles, so lots of space.

There's no quieter Field Service Office than Imperial CA with a 7/16 processing date at the end of Jan and we still rot. So much for processing in order once it reaches a FO...

nlhernan, if you're fairly sure your case is at Imperial have you thought of writing a letter of complaint direct to the office manager?

Got approval today :) 41 days after Notice of potential interview waiver case letter ! So no rules, you can get it anytime :)))

Congratulations - my you really have avoided a very long wait! Good for you.

I was thinking about calling them and telling them about this site and how we know who and who does not get approved. See what they have to say about people getting approvals shortly of receiving the NPIW and approvals jumping all over the place.

USCIS will just tell you every case is different and you will get even more frustrated. Don't let them frustrate you any more than they already have buddy.
