I don't know about them, but our 45 business days ends tomorrow, and we've heard zero from the ombudsman.

thank you very much....hope you receive Johan`s before your trip, but if not, it will be waiting for you when you get home. don't worry or let it bother if you don't get it, enjoy yourselves and have a wonderful time!

So yesterday I called USCIS and I spoke to a Tier 2 representative.

The representative told me that our case has been transfered to my "local office" on 6/10/15.

I asked her which office is that, She just said "your local office" I have a feeling that she didn't know what office my file was transfered to.

Has anybody else experienced something like this? What were your results?

I did not have experience regarding spoke to Tier-2. I only spoke to Tier-1 and she did not have any idea what she was talking about. She told me the information that I could easily access on the website and she said that my local office is in Kendall.

I called again and this time the male agent put my request since I couldn't process it online because the e-request did not worked. A few days later I received a letter from Fairfaix, Virginia, asking I-693. My case's never been in Kendall, Florida at very first place. My case sent in to Fairfax, Virginia.

So overall, these agents don't know where your case actually sit and wait to be "touched".

I called first time, they told me that my case in transfer (but from and to unknown places) She did not know any details. I called another time in different day, they told me that my case still in Nebraska and did not move anywhere. (100% Contradiction).

I think you posted this before, and somebody accused them of lying. I do no think that they are lying, at least not intentionally. I think, however that the information that they are able to see is limited and very unreliable.

I wonder what would happen if you contact them again. Maybe the Tier 2 rep was looking at the wrong case when you call the second time.

Have you done a service request?

I did not have experience regarding spoke to Tier-2. I only spoke to Tier-1 and she did not have any idea what she was talking about. She told me the information that I could easily access on the website and she said that my local office is in Kendall.

Yeah Tier 1 people have very limited access to information. Tier 1 reps will only disclose whatever is on the website. It is somehow helpful to people who do not know how to use a computer. It is obvious that everybody here know how to access the information on the USCIS website, therefore Tier 1 reps are useless to us.

I think Tier 2 reps are the same ones that respond to your e-requests. They have a little bit more information about the status of your case and they should be able to see if the case is being worked on or not. Even when the Tier 2 reps have generally more information than Tier 1 counterparts, they have no access to every detail of your case.

I am just hoping that they resolve my case since our case has transfered to my "local office"
