Is there a way we can sue USCIS and ask them to refund the fees and also refund all the taxes we paid because after all we are not considered an immigrant in this country we are just considered as same as an illegal immigrant.

Well, honestly, if you do not like it. Just go back to your country. At least USA allowing you to stay on their land, even though the processes are slow and ineffective and takes ages of time. However, be grateful of what you have and be more patient, or just simply leave. Do not attack the country who is hosting you no matter what. Take it or leave it.

Wow! they were approved in May, crazy! I'd like to know which office is approving these cases and are they just picking them at random out of a large plastic box?!

Yeah! I'd love to actually see the administration behind the scenes. I'm reckon it's just mountains of boxes. 500 cases in each. Randomly sent to various field offices around the country.

Do you know why you have to have a bio-metrics appointment for an EAD renewal? I will have to take a day off of work for it. It doesn't make sense to me as I'm fairly sure, with all the tourist visits to the US prior to coming over, they have about 4 copies of my fingerprints and iris scans. Am I supposed to be Tom Cruise from Minority Report?

i didn't know that we had to do another biometrics app for EAD renewal! that sucks. When I was waiting for NOA2 for my K1 visa there was a thread with a photo of USCIS adjudicating office, i believe it was TSC (texas) and it was literally a storage room

EDIT Found it!: USCIS loading dock and file room on page 29 of this document or page 45 of the actual pdf http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/CISOMB_Annual_Report_2008.pdf

Here is what USCIS adjudicating offices look like: http://www.vermontbiz.com/news/may/us-citizenship-and-immigration-opens-essex-service-center

Oh I'm sorry I just don't know how to sugarcoat the wordings to make it appear that I'm optimistic and hopeful of a process.

I always believe that this benefit has been long overdue and since USCIS is collecting fees to process these benefit...isn't it that a "CUSTOMER" we have the right to information that is protected and enshrined in the Constitution.

I am grateful I am here but that doesn't mean I don't have the right to complain...being grateful and being silent isn't how I was raise and I believe it isn't the practice of Our dear AMERICA.

We received an RFE, what I would like to know is, why didn't receive this earlier? Because they lost it I would say.... Wait a whole year to give us one? Now I'm worried we'll get another one for medical. Do you think they will or would they have sent that with this RFE? Ugghh wish I could stop obsessing over it lol.

Sweetie Baby....

I am so ready for this part of our journey to be over with.

Quick question??? Did you get an official RFE or just a letter from the field office and instructed to send it back to them?

Best of LUCK!

Submitting to a process without complaining is tantamount to surrender and wait for the mercy of the broken system to address your cause. Debt of gratitude is good but there is always a dividing line for everything.

For a person who missed two scholarship offers, can't get a DL because of stupid state law and was held at an international airport for almost 3 hours and was treated like an illegal immigrant because an officer doesn't know what is an AP? Doesn't I am entitled to complain about the inconvenience of a system?

Are those experiences I have to be thankful and grateful for?
