Received the RFE for medical today! What a frightening letter. Heading is NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY. Gives you 30 days to comply. Getting it done tomorrow or Monday and Express Mail back. Came from North Carolina. Nowhere near me. Whatever, who cares. Hopefully, we'll be done soon :)

Wowzer! I take it you also had a medical back in China? I'm considering anticipating it and getting one now.

Wowzer! I take it you also had a medical back in China? I'm considering anticipating it and getting one now.

It was the information about a medical exam on this forum. It is required if it is one year since you submitted it to USCIS. But it is not everybody got RFE about exam here. So it may be better to wait. Every case is different.

This is a really long thread to sift through on my phone so if someone could answer a quick question I would appreciate it.

I applied for aos on 10/30/13, received an interview waiver letter for me and my children on 01/14/14 and I got my GC last august....yet my children still have not, I contact USCIS every 12 weeks about it and always get the same letters in response (basicly saying that they can not give me an answer).

So is this wait time normal for k2 applications? And when my GC needs renewal next year can I still put my children on the same form?

If its not only wrong and a crime to shoot USCIS officers maybe I could have shoot many of them...this office has been so busy dealing with illegal immigrants who aren't paying taxes at all. I have to work for 2 jobs to be above water and had to fee a very expensive fee to adjust my status. Like many of you in here I too had difficulty in getting a drivers license and had to have a heated argument with the DMV officer regarding the DMV rules for internation customers. But what upsets me most is Im qualified and granted a scholarship from my employer but to my surprised I was informed that because of my status they will need to give it to others since scholarships are only given to citizens and permanent residents.

With these delays that no one seems to know the reason, I lost my opportunity to go on further studies and even until now I am not the registered owner of my car despite paying it in full.

USCIS and USA should change the name already...from USA should be USD (not US Dollar) but UNITED STATES OF DELAY and UNITED STATES OF IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP DELAY....

America is known to be powerful but there not...We critized IRAQ as a failed state but I guess IRAQ has a good immigration policy lol.
