I managed to put together my RFE packet Fridy/Saturday and pop it in the mail, express postage, for Monday delivery but checking the status now it's being returned to me "Undeliverable as addressed".

Do they not like express mail or something? I even waived the signature need.

I dont know ,I used the next day delivery ,and they received it and signed .

For all who need reply to RFE notice ,put the RFE notice on the first page is going to save from further delay ,they can easily scan the bar on the RFE notice and attach it to our file.

Interesting, I didn't get barcode. I just got a very simple letter asking for proof of financial commitment to each other. It's in the return packet behind my cover letter... which I should be receiving back tomorrow for unknown reasons as of yet.

I hate USPS sometimes. My RFE response that was returned to sender magically appeared in my local office very early this morning, then magically appeared in Florida about 6 hours later. It's apparently out for delivery now. At least it's being delivered! Maybe.

After re-doing the medical, and sending in some translated documents, we got the notification that my daughter's card is in production on Friday.

This is a happy ending to an overall bitter experience that has caused my family a lot of anguish over the years. I can only hope that the card is delivered without issues, unlike my wife's.

Thank you everyone for your help over the years. This website is truly worth its weight in gold and has prevented me from making a ton of mistakes with our paperwork. It also gave me ammo to overcome obstinate and clueless government workers (I'm looking at you social security admin).

See you guys for removal of conditions, though I'm already dreading doing that.

take care.

Well we got our RFE for a certified copy of marriage certificate that we already submitted with our application July 2014. Does anyone have an estimate of how long after we submit it that we might have an approval?

Any kind of movement is good. Submit the info requested ASAP and you should have your GC in less than 2 weeks.
