I never seen any posts that mentioned below $200 or probably I don't see the post yet. Average about $500 but I saw some post mentioned about $950 a while ago.

I will definitely keep you posted , I have a friend who lives in Louisiana and he paid $200 dollars for a CS , i guess it is cheaper there ! I have a dentist appointment to rip me off first lol and then i will arrange to get one of the cheapest CS in the area here where i live , in Maryland Doctors are very expensive here esp dentists and now i am hearing about the cs and how they take advantage of the applicants i am about to cry hhh

I believe you have insurance. I have insurance under Tricare Prime as well and my dentist expenses is covered - only paid small amount of money- and I am also free to go to Navy clinic. But I think you can't use your insurance to cover your expenses for immigration process.

Several times, but none recently. Last I got an answer was on April 16th. However, I did receive an ombudsman reply on the 5th of May saying that a service centre in Floida was 'preparing to do something' with my case, been holding my breath since then. I was going to leave it until early June before contacting the Ombudsman back, but may open a SR just to see if it prompts action on my case.

My request didn't make any changes for my case, I have never ever received an answer. So I don't know what is going on. Maybe you will get something soon, so far they move your case in local office. Good luck any way

I have an insurance but it does not cover my dental I tried to purchase one but they do not cover that much ..so i had to look for a dentist that will at least make a monthly payment arrangement !!

I just got home and looked at the RFE, which came from the Tampa Field Office. Funny, we're in Dallas...It says his vaccination record is out of date. I'm not sure what this means as he received the appropriate tetanus (10 years), a MMR booster and a flu shot (it isn't flu season). Can someone with a little more experience with this explain? What the #$@% is out of date?

NPIW cases can and are adjudicated at any office in the country. The difference between your location and the adjudicating offices location is irrelevant.

You've been caught out by the following policy change - it's BS:

I know I mentioned this in the August 2014 filers topic but ill mention it here too since we did receive a Potential interview waiver notice months ago. Today when I checked the status of my husbands case it finally read :

On May 22, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number ------------. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by July 21, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

CONGRATULATIONS...Your quicker approval is the result of the ongoing backlog reduction initiative that appears to have started about 4 weeks ago (or at least the July and August approvals started then). You and the many others with similar NOA's are now the rule and not the exception...It couldn't have come at a better time...Go party!!!

finally got on here after a busy week at work, on Friday i got the text and email saying my welcome letter has been posted and my GC is in production after waiting this long I really dont care if its a 2 or 10 year as I can not really make this place feel like home

Congratulations!!! Really happy for you. How was an interview?

My interview was pointless really, I was asked basically to answer the questions off my information page on the filed forms, think we were in and out within 10 mins and the wife was not asked a single question or even looked at ( basically in my opinion it was total BS but I think everybody's is different )
