I wish i had another $500 to file for the i485 again, maybe we would get approved alot faster than the current processing times...seems july and august are processed faster now

Hey everyone,

I know I haven't been active on screen, but off screen I have. I've read all the messages in this topic to figure out how far everyone is and also how far the USCIS is with processing. A little recap of my experience so far, since I don't have a time-line on my posts.

July 11, 2014 - filed AOS with EAD

July 17, 2014 - Received NOA1

July 28, 2014 - Received bio-metrics appointment, Orlando, FL office.

August 10, 2014 - Bio-metrics appointment, Orlando, FL office

August 11, 2014 - Received request of addition of evidence due lack of income.

October 23, 2014 - Found a family sponsor to help us in our case and filed evidence to Lee's Summit

October 27, 2014 - Received confirmation of receiving request for evidence

November 4, 2014 - Received notification EAD is being made and send out

November 9, 2014 - Received EAD in the mail

November 10, 2014 - Applied for SSN

November 17, 2014 - Received NPIW with signed date: November 12, 2014.

November 18, 2014 - May 20, 2015

Nothing happened during this time period, though succesfully applied for a job at one of Orlando's newest attractions. Occasionally checking the case status, with no updates at all.

May 21, 2015 - Checked my case and surpised to see "Welcome Notice Was Mailed" on May 19, 2015.

I'm totally excited right now, however a lot of things are to be done! Also everyone who is still in the process, good luck to all of you!

We have almost exactly the same timeline. I filed for AOS July 14, 2014 and the NPIW letter dated also November 12, 2014. Hopefully I will be shortly after you.

Congratulations to all the GC receivers , i am really happy for you and sad for my self I have applied for the AOS April , 2014 and nothing happened until now ? How come people after April are getting the GC ? Does anyone know how this works?!

Yes. Apply a random encryption algorithm to complete chaos, add the month of your filing date and subtract the first number an unknown person thought of. This will give your number in the line for approval.

I'm sorry you've been waiting so long. Hopefully the new backlog initiative will benefit your case. Have you raised an Ombudsman query and a service request?

Did apply in april belga, too. I think we are on the very same boat.

I send an inquiry on the 05/07 and they respond me some days ago, telling me that they send my case in Phila. No new, so, but at least, it's seems my case is not loose

I don't think it would be help. I filed in July, but my case does not move at all, not any changes and even not any answer on request. So It is difficult to understand.

Did you get a letter of potential interview waiver? Did you submit a service request? Did you file with uscis ombudsman?

Today received the notice that my card has been sent! Can't wait to it arrive of course. Thanks to everyone to celebrate with me, I hope that others also get their GC as soon as possible. Especially the people who have been waiting longer then I have.

I do have one question though, what does ADIT stands for? Thank you in advance for the answer!
