Well Green card is officially in hand! It arrived Monday in the mail and is safely tucked away In my wallet. Now to wait a bit then got to he SS office and get my SSN updated then the dreaded DMV to update my drivers license so it doesn't expire on me either.

I am still watching, hoping all of us with that lovely letter get our approvals quickly. It is not right that because of their delay we have to pay for a new medical etc.

Congratulations!! Wulcum to Merica! And yes you're right, why should we pay for another one due to their delays. I will be sending any medical bills back to them, probably to the director and asking if he is going to reimburse us!

I just was wondering if it any possibility that the documents could lost. Have been any case like this on this forum? I didn't have any news about my case since 15th October last year (NPIW). And I filed my papers on 7th July 2014.

That wouldn't surprise me at all, that is my theory that they lose some files, they are bound to lose a few, but obviously they won't admit to it if they do because a lost file is breaking a customers confidentiality. I hope you hear soon, have you done a service request to enquire/inquire?

Operation Backlog needs to go back to those who have waited 11-12 months or more and has received an RFE for medical and approve them first! I mean they were backlogged before the June, July, August filers. No predjudice against you and others who have gotten the green. Just frustrated. Today is our NOA anniversary.

Unfortunately you guys as Rebor, Movin On, Cahrie, Nat and Mark seem to be the exception to the rule rather than the "norm". I can understand your frustrations and anxieties. I hope you hear something very shortly!!

Yes, I have done a service request on 15th April. They Indicated online that the response was sent. But I didn't receive. So it looks very suspicious. I done a request about not receiving the response yesterday. It have to be answered before 9th of June

The medical ya'll are talking about expiring...is that the medical from your K-1? I don't remember doing a medical for AOS, just the biometrics...but maybe I have just forgotten since it's been so long!

No it does not, it has to be out-of-pocket. That is why we have to wait till June to have ours done.

That's ridiculous! Why wouldn't it be covered?! It's medical services being provided by a doctor. Half of it must go to the government or something. Just another $$$$ making scheme.

I am relieved to report today that I received the E-mail notice that the resident card was approved today.

I hope enough data can be collected and be useful for current and future NPIW cases. This stage was indeed a stressful walk in the dark side of USCIS and how they (don't) report things.

Card Ordered To Be Produced yesterday!! Just discovered this when I called USCIS to file a service request for reaching the 6 month mark after receiving the Notice of Potential Interview Waiver back in December. We're August 2014 filers so hopefully they're processing everyone's applications quicker now. Not sure how to obtain tracking information for the card however. Is there tracking information available once it's mailed?

Good morning everyone! Congratulations to all of the approvals that I have missed. I still lurk around here from time to time. I have to apologize, I had to give up my daily Mountain Dew routine. I was getting massive headaches, gave up the Mountain Dew, and headaches were gone. I am 2 weeks sober, lol. I still have my daily green though, but it's just water and lime. I know it's supposed to be lemon, but I had to have the green for all of you still waiting. Best of luck to all of you and I hope that you get those approvals soon! GET MOVING USCIS!!!!!!
