Thanks!!!! I lived on visajourney in 2013. I think I got complacent. This is partially my fault for not following up with the AOS like I did with the K1. I just got the impression that following up does nothing, but make me more frustrated!

Yup I agree, It is very frustrating! I didn't know about this forum until Dec 2014 then joined in Jan 2015. I have learned many things being on here every day and have made a couple of friends along the way. If not for this forum I would not have known that we had to renew the EAD. It would have just expired! We did get an RFE for the medical but we will not be able to complete this until next month due to the fees for it. I think we should get a voucher to have the new medical for free since it was not our fault that they took so long. We did everything in a timely manner and it is the fault of USCIS. So that is where we stand at the moment. Waiting some more! lol

Sorry about thr RFE for a new medical Movin On, but the end is in sight for you. At least you got the extended time to get it done. And trust me, when we sent the new medical to them, included the receipt withe a "hostile" letter pointing out that the medical expired because of them, through no falt of ours as we did everything timely.

I just am not comprehending the differences in time frames for the rfes. Some are 30 days others are 87... What happens if you can't get the medical done and to them in 30? Flat out ridiculous!

And yes, still lurking around here.... I don't think I can fully leave until Shell and Derwood have their green.

With all these unusual things going on ,I am losing patience again . I tracked my package it was received by USCIS 3 days ago . I haven't see any change yet ,I am very worried about my TB positive result and that wired" court record request" from them ,I want to know what they think about my response to the RFE as soon as possible .Today I tried to open a service request online ,it don't allow me to do that anymore ,dont know why .I called uscis ,they told me give them 60 days to expect a update on my case .How can they do things so slowly ? When they come to ask for more evidence ,we are only given 30 days to complete. After so much trouble and stress ,I will never try to immigrate to another country again

Hi Vivian! You told you had Tb gold something.. Was it done through blood from vein or it was a vaccine in your arm?? I had my medicine done today, and I had td gold too.. But it was through blood test from vein and the results will be on Tuesday only.

yes,I had gold test .I think they stick a needle in my vein and took away some of my blood .Then they analysed my blood and told me the result .

hope they don't make it as a problem to give the green card because of the medical positive TB or any other disease test. I don't have any info on how they deal with this kind of situations so it will be great if anybody know and can share how they deal with that :) I don't think we ever stop worrying until we get the 10 yr card :(

No, not a word from Philly (where our case was) but of course I wasn't expecting anything. It just felt good to write it and send it. Lol.

And yes the green is still just as sweet! it feels nice to have a reprieve from the government for a bit. Though I do dread the ROC portion.

Ive mostly been a lurker around here, but reading the posts, I feel like I know you guys. It just doesn't feel right to fully leave the threads while they're out in immigration limbo.
