Good! Get it done and send it in!! Then you can be done with craziness!

Yes it has been a very long wait, hasnt it? Enjoy and celebrate!

here was what i received from the e-request. i actually did it 2 times, but they both were the same.

" The status of this service request is:

On 04/23/2015, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I485 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application.

What You Can Do

Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

Do you think there is any point in doing this? Doesn't seem like a very helpful response from them!

Thanks !!!

I did not want to waste my time contact those people, but I'd rather spend my time focus on my job and put the trust in god's hands. He knows best when it's time.

Finally, I can enjoy my freedom!!!

Congratulations.

Thank you thank you! So you're saying that our application IS at the local field office?

Is the best way to expedite to go through our senator?

No I am not saying that. I am saying a service request goes off your local processing times, but you don't need to worry about those what you need to do is a SR and put under the expedite category, so you can get your GC for loans for school/college. One person did this and was allowed an expedite!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

You need to ring the USCIS up, talk to a tier 1 and request an expedite for school, they should raise the request for you.

I thought that way too after reading it. Darn it!

Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster.Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat

It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop

my friend was telling me it costs $250 for each type of vaccination for the RFE medical and the hospital told me the general medical takes $300 excluding the vaccination and I'm trying to guess how much it is going be and it sounds expensive because I read some of you guys here said it costs $150 for everything. can you please tell me how much you paid for the total service including vaccination? I'm like thinking it will be close to $1000 :( I never had any vaccination since I came here.

OK for people who need their GC for school/college, they do expedite it, someone on here I think it might have KVE, my bad if not. Any way another one with the same question on visa journey who also got it expedited! They will do this if you are enrolling for school/college but you need to ring them up and ask for it! http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/547781-expediting-i-485/

With all these unusual things going on ,I am losing patience again . I tracked my package it was received by USCIS 3 days ago . I haven't see any change yet ,I am very worried about my TB positive result and that wired" court record request" from them ,I want to know what they think about my response to the RFE as soon as possible .Today I tried to open a service request online ,it don't allow me to do that anymore ,dont know why .I called uscis ,they told me give them 60 days to expect a update on my case .How can they do things so slowly ? When they come to ask for more evidence ,we are only given 30 days to complete. After so much trouble and stress ,I will never try to immigrate to another country again
