This maybe a silly question but how many are still waiting from March filers ??? My NOA1 was March 18th 2014 and still waiting :( I got my Biometrics next week for my EAD /AP renewal.

Petitioner: Wifey! (US born citizen)
Beneficiary: Hubby! (British born)

[Feburary 2010] Met
[04/05/2010] Began talking
[05/07/2010] Start of our relationship together
[10/01/2011] Met in person for the 1st time in the UK
[10/14/2011] Officially engaged!
[April 2012] Found an attorney
[May 2012] Began I-129F
[05/31/2012] Attorney mailed I-129F
[06/04/2012] Email confirmation of Application/Petition received
[06/07/2012] Check cleared in Dallas
[06/11/2012] NOA1 received in mail
[09/15/2012] Went back to the UK to see my fiance❤
[01/07/2013] Received RFE
[02/12/2013] Vermont Received RFE Response
[02/18/2013] Petition APPROVED (259 Days)
[03/01/2013] Received at NVC

So I said I would update you on my greencard when I got it.

It arrived today (3 weeks? More like 3 days), and yes, it is in fact a 10 year green card, and my interview was waived (I've received a 10 year greencard without an interview). I'm very excited that my life can just be completely normal again from here on out, this was just to let you guys know since you seemed very interested by it before.

So sorry to hear that.........Did you contact ombudsman or customer service? I think your wait is too long...

I had my biometric since last week for EAD renewal and still waiting.

04/04/14 - USCIS received date

04/08/14 - Fingerprint fee accepted

04/09/14 - USCIS Noa1 notice date and check cashed next day

04/11/14 - Got text/e-mail notification for I-485, I-131 and I-765 at 1:09 a.m. & check cleared in the morning

05/06/14 - Fingerprint done

06/12/14 - EAD card production date & AP approval date

06/20/14 - Received EAD/AP Combo card in hand + text/email notice for delivery status :lol:

07/14/14 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver case dated 07/10/14

02/24/15 - Renewal EAD/AP Noa Date

03/18/15 - Requested help from Ombudsman

03/19/15 - One fingerprint done for EAD renewal

03/25/15 - Requested help from Senator

04/01/15 - Case has been transferred to field office in Columbus, Ohio

04/09/15 - Card was ordered

04/16/15 - Card mailed

04/18/15 - Received GC in hands finally! (no welcome notice)

Had the biometrics renewal today..took all of 20 min. But 1 1/2 hour drive there and back. A whole day off work because the appt was in the middle of the day.Seems so redundant. My husband asked the guy at our local office " why do we have to redo this, my fingerprints are the same?" The guy said because the other one will expire. Bahahaha no kidding eh? It will expire!! Whoa that sure was helpfu! *rolling eyes* Anyway check another thing off the list.

Can you be more specific with your dates, i.e the date you married, the date you applied for AOS, trying to figure out here why you received a 10 year GC? Obviously to get that you have to have been married 2 years? Right?

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

 

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

 

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

So I just got home from a 12 hour shift and checked to see if my case status was still on "We updated your name" and...

"Welcome Notice Was Mailed" !!!!!!!!

SO HAPPY! I guess they just sent out the wrong status update to begin with and then fixed it. Tomorrow would have been my 1 year anniversary for this whole AOS process, so they just sneaked in under the 1 year mark.

I hope this is the second approval this week of a long list, especially for you Nat&Mark, I think you've waited longer than anyone else here : (

Yes, we have been married over 2 years. AOS was filled back in Jan 2014.
