Im sure movin on and Derwood would join it as would I. I am sure people want to talk about it but feel that because this is an open thread they can't say whats on their minds, in case they get discriminated against but this is the land of the free right? Isn't it meant to be a place where you can have freedom of speech without being scared of retaliation or retribution or did I read that wrong?

I must have missed this post, can't seem to find it, but CONGRATULATIONS, waited long enough haven't they!! :)

They are on page 216, they are the ones that were asked to get the children birth certs even though the children were not immigrating.

Ha ha ha that is one of the funniest RFE's I have heard to date, shame its funny in an awful way though!! Seriously, just shaking that old head of mine again, great for toning the neck though!!! :)

The Facebook group is to make easier for posting. Only people who have joined can read all the posts in this case others can't learn from us, unfortunately. And I am agreed with you, I don't think anyone should ever be scared because of their opinions. I am from Asia and I grown up in a family where free speech is a part of our life. Western countries especially the U.S. should be more easier to do that based on how this country was built by the founding fathers.

I heard that too. I posted a lot about my US immigration on my blog and some of my articles are criticized USCIS. My husband is a military active duty at USCG - I believe it is under Department of Homeland Security-. I am hope he won't get trouble because of his wife.

I wouldn't worry about it, you're only stating facts and if that is the case then Movin On, Derwood, Nlhernan and myself would find ourselves shackled and banged up in prison, wonder if you need a GC to have a job as a prisoner?!?! lol!

Yes, he has. He knew about my blog and I have talked about my articles. He seems fine about that. He said his job is nothing to do with my immigration process. It is totally different.

Have you filed ombudsman? You should really send in ead renewal apps especially if you are working. It might take a month or two to issue. My husband just wants the greencard too. We filed with ombudsman in march, called tuesday and said they were investigating our case and should hear back in a week. Next week on the 20th will be 1 year since noa1.

No, I have never contact ombudsman as I just wanna stay calm, focus on my job and put the trust in God's hands.

It's completely 8months today after receiving the letter.

Finally, I received the text from USCI like 15mins ago that "my card has been produced".

Omg...!!! I feel like I won 1 million dollars from lottery. Lol...
