I tried to call them a few of times in this morning and the operator says," their agents are not available". I wonder what time they have started working. I called them once but it was almost 3 in afternoon.

I attached the picture in which shows how I failed to do an e-request.

Maybe it is better start to have closed-group on Facebook. .

That's a system error probably unrelated to what you have entered yourself. Keep trying for for a few days.

I think that's more likely. The bits of the USCIS computer system the public can see are fairly useless. I'm guessing the back-end stuff is worse. I bet the last three digits are generated off the zip code. Was that correct on the email you got?

I'm still hoping this is a sign of good news though.

all the service request I made always ended with 3 letters stands for my local field office ,always .But my case is not there ,it is in BOISE

So it's 8months now since the day I received NPIW, but no news at all so far. I've been trying to stay calm, not saying anything for pretty long enough. ?????

What's next?

Also, my EAD is going to expire in 2.5 months. I have not started the renewal applications yet. And I don't feel encourage to do that neither while USCIS are working damn slow like that. ????

Hope you hear shortly!! Have you contacted the ombudsman yet?

I got the same thing, I sent a request and it was updated in minutes. This was back in march, and they told me my case was still within normal processing regardless of the date the letter and the tier 1 said. But it must have gotten them moving a bit.

I got a call from the immigration specialist at the Senators office and she tried to argue with me that there had to be a reason my case was pulled out to redo the medical when others with the same non complicated case as mine was not required to redo. Then tried to tell me it had nothing o do with the processing of the illigals. Then tried to tell me I had requested to have my medical waived, which wasn't the case, I just asked them if they were going to pay for all the people who had to redo it because USCIS delayed everything

I finally told her that while I appreciated her call, that perhaps she should take a look at the Visajourney website and see all the people going through the same situation as me then call me back with that line, otherwise, I had to get back to work.

I was so frustrated.

But I am praying you all finally get your notices soon.

This post made me smile, Im glad you told her to look at everyone's journey, we aren't numbers, we are people and they need to realise that, especially if they want our votes!

Who will started it? :D

You can if you want I am not tech savvy! :)

Finally!

After many calls did not get through, I finally talked to one of USCIS agents. I explained to him that I did e-request several times and were failed. He then put service request for me because my case is now out of normal processing times. He was nice.

Since my husband is still serving in the military, I used Military Help Line at USCIS to get help of my case. He then gave me a confirmation number to confirm that I put a service request for my I-485. - oh boy, it was hard since only my husband understands my English foreign accent- .

That's USCIS agents always kept telling us. Your file is in your local USCIS office. IT IS NOT!

Card Was Mailed To Me

On May 15, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSC149107xxxx, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by June 14, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I am a April filer, so I know how much it can suck. No one giving information, and no one really explaining why it is happening. Even the immigration specialist at the Senators office couldn't keep her story straight. None of them, unless they have been through this circus know what we are going through. They can't empathize, or even truly sympathize without that experience behind them. Keep up the good fight everyone. It will come around to you turn. I will be here cheering you all on.

Yippee!!! Good for you!! Enjoy! Especially after all the hassle YOU have had! YOU worked for it and earned it!!

Im sure movin on and Derwood would join it as would I. I am sure people want to talk about it but feel that because this is an open thread they can't say whats on their minds, in case they get discriminated against but this is the land of the free right? Isn't it meant to be a place where you can have freedom of speech without being scared of retaliation or retribution or did I read that wrong?

Yippee!!! Good for you!! Enjoy! Especially after all the hassle YOU have had! YOU worked for it and earned it!!

I must have missed this post, can't seem to find it, but CONGRATULATIONS, waited long enough haven't they!! :)

Yes, this is the backend javascript being funcky. Simple thing to fix but I guess they don't have anybody who actually cares. I cant believe that they updated their useless website to be more useless.

The Facebook group is to make easier for posting. Only people who have joined can read all the posts in this case others can't learn from us, unfortunately. And I am agreed with you, I don't think anyone should ever be scared because of their opinions. I am from Asia and I grown up in a family where free speech is a part of our life. Western countries especially the U.S. should be more easier to do that based on how this country was built by the founding fathers.

You should file for the EAD/AP renewals, just in case. Im sure it will be coming soon there are already alot of July filers getting approved. Send in SR's, call and contact Ombudsman and Congressman and see if that helps.
