I just had a thought, I wonder if in the morning the USCIS get their staff together for a team building meeting and a bit like Harry Potter and the hat, they put lots of numbers into one and then just draw out a random number to see who gets their GC!! Seeing as there is no consistency to who gets approved or not, it wouldn't surprise me at all!!

The only other one that I know of is Rebor, his was sent to SFV office also and that is his local office.

My case also came back to my local office (SFV)

Our lawyer already ask me to make an appointment because more then likely I will revive an RFE asking for new medical

She did tell me to try and get the doctor I originally got the first time to just sign off on it

A disgraceful waste of money. We have one of those Health Benefit Mastercard things that you can use to pay medical bills tax free. If I have to have another medical I'll be slapping it on that.

Got the RFE it is for a new medical and it came from the SFV office. Things have come up and we will have to wait until June to have the medical done. It gives us 87 days to complete from May 8th and return to them. I am very tired of this process.

I don't understand this ,how come some people has to submit the new one within 30 days ,some to submit within 87 days ? -_-

Yup it is, I think it is a racket, a ploy for more money for some. The attorney sent an email to me because uscis sent him notification of the RFE. He seems think we will still get any interview after the medical because it was sent to our local field office. Wouldn't that just be peachy? Jezzz!

I have no idea, I have wondered that myself. Maybe because it seems that each field office have their own procedures?
