Nlhernan. You are one of my very favorites here.! I love when you come back here ( you have held true to your word) and cheer us on, support and share your opinions so eloquently! Thank you!

What she said!

You both are kind. Thank you. You guys were with us through our travails and celebrated when we turned green; how can I not stay to see my threadmates reach the summit of the green mountain and celebrate with you? And besides, as Derwood knows so well, I like to "share" my opinion when it seems fit...sometimes not so eloquently...

Come on guys, hurry up , there's too much grass on the other side for just us (and yes it is greener on this side)...

Awww just done my first SR!! Obviously I sent them lots of kisses to make their day!!! :) I feel the love back USCIS, can''t wait for your loving reply!!! :)

:crying: shell, you are right .I am having very bad luck lately ,when I redo the medical ,my TB test shows positive for the first time in my life ,but my X-RAY is clear ,doctor think I was exposed in TB and carry latent TB,and want me to take nine months of medicine .He think it won't affect my case approval .I sent all those back to USCIS yesterday. I am not going to take any medicine until I redo the TB test to double check the result. I really doubt the result because last year It was negative ,and I didn't go to much place at all in the whole year

But like others said, your case file could ended up somewhere at other local USCIS office in the country.I won't hold my breath for that.

They won't deported you because of that. All you need is take the medication I believe about 6 months continuously. TB is now curable.

Don't forget you can now raise a service request (out of normal processing times). It will go to your local office but they will forward it to where it needs to go. I've already raised mine. You are well over the six months quoted in the NPIW letter. Do it!

Thank you.

I will do that later in this month. I am still upset about a call I made and the woman on the phone says, " MSC is not register for I-485 receipt." I kept telling her that what I am having now and there is no any other code in my receipts. God! I lost my sanity talk to them.

I remember reading some test actually resulted as a false. Just like when people eat poppy seeds and the test reading showing they have had use drugs. Probably that's how happened. I hope it is false results.

On this occasion I am not happy that I was right, my only consolation is that it has been found, it its not a false positive result, so that you can the treatment that is needed and you're also in a country with up to date medicines I would definitely get it retaken, just to be 100 percent sure as from what I remember when I was nursing, the treatment is a long course of strong antibiotics, but that was 2007 so things might have changed since then.

Hi everyone. We received the dreaded NIPW letter back in September. We adjusted status almost a year ago (May 15, 2014) and today we got the text that my husband card was ordered to be produced!!

Having this forum has saved my sanity most days. Just knowing we were all in this together somehow made it better for me.

I hope to see others being approved soon. This waiting is just horrible! Good Luck everyone!

Congratulations!! Nearly hit your anniversary, but now you can celebrate the new arrival instead!!! Happy for you both! Enjoy! :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(
