I asked my congress critter to find out where we were at (waiting nine months since the waiver letter). Next thing I know (two days later) I am getting an RFE notice and they are suspending my case. I then sent my congress critter (the aide I was working with) a reply and the notice - she says to me:

"Please understand our inquiry would not have caused the agency to request more evidence – our inquiry only caused the agency to look at the case hopefully in a more timely fashion/send the RFE more quickly."

This after she had earlier commented that:

"I just received information from the liaison at the San Francisco Field Office saying liaison had pulled it/reviewed it – I am hoping based on the fact that we submitted an inquiry this week since the case was received at their office on 4/13/15 (appears nothing had been done since arriving last week),..."

Seriously?

I just received my "Welcome letter", I had no idea you were supposed to carry the green card on you at all times. It even states "It's the law." on the letter...

Seriously?

Oh come on this is the USCIS we are talking about a law unto themselves. Disgraceful!! SMH. I would be so angry if they did that to me, probably will!

it has been 33 days since I contacted ombudsman ,no reply at all .RAGE

1 It has been 6 weeks since we contacted Ombudsman.

2 12 says since we contacted our Congressman.

3 We have been approved for EAD Renewal but they lost our AP application and have to refile.

4 It have been 13 months since we filed AOS.

5 It has been almost 10 months since we received NPIW.

I am also ranting
