Yeah I was pissed off too when our NPIW time passed on Jan 11. Still waiting

]

Hey moving on sorry for the delays to you and other filers who are long over due for the green card. The process Is as exhausting! We have to satisfy all this criteria and prepare documents etc and then endure this, we aren't treated as priority. We can hope for change and be patient It will all be over soon.

Haha! Shell I'm from the Caribbean the British had a strong Influence In my country our English Is closer to UK than American. The little spelling difference and phrases in top of my local dialect makes it quite fun communicating lol

Wish I was in the Caribbean right now sipping a pina colda!! :) How do you pronouce Caribbean the English way or the American way?

MovinOn do we know the approximate number of people waiting for one year or more? Is it just 4 of us or are there more?

I'm not really sure, I have looked at timelines and there seems to be a few, but you have to consider the members who do not update their timelines, ya know they get the GC then go on about their business, then the amount of people that dont even know about this forum that are living throughout the U.S. Also, the lurkers that just watch and don't say a peep. So it is really hard to say. I do feel alone at times like we are the only 4 or 5 that this is happening too. But in reality, which is hard for me to grasp sometimes, we can NOT be the only few.

The papers are not too bad Derwood, I just filled out the AP Application again that has gotten lost and will not be attached to the EAD. So that will be another waiting process for us. Don't feel too dishearten the renewal is not as bad as the original papers.

Thanks MovinOn. I've just read another thread and it looks like this is all that is required for EAD/AP renewal:

I-765

I-131

Copy of Combo card (front & back)

Copy of I-485 NOA1

That barcode renewal thingy that came with the combo card

Two passport photos for I-765

Two passport photos for I-131

Is that it, guys?

So, you know how sometimes you're stupid, and you just want to see what other cases around yours are doing on the USCIS website? I just did that. One number below, and one number above our 6 applications. BOTH are delivered to the recipient. :( One back in November, and one last week. Sooooo disheartening. :(

K1 Visa timeline:

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

02/01/2014 - mailed our petition

07/25/2014 - Johan arrives in Los Angeles!

*See updated timeline for specific dates.*

AOS timeline:~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

08/02/2014 - AOS, EAD, AP applications mailed.

11/17/2014 - K2 gets an interview waiver letter in the mail (dated November 12th) (K1 has never gotten this letter)

08/24/2015 - Green cards are FINALLY in hand after nearly 13 months of waiting.

ROC timeline: ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

05/01/2017 - ROC application sent

05/02/2017 - CSC receives our package

05/03/2017 - Official NOA1 date

05/10/2017 - MO cashed at our bank

05/12/2017 - NOA 1 is in the mailbox.

05/31/2017 - biometrics appt (Oxnard, CA)

06/19/2018 - ROC still pending with no news but that wonky glitch back in February, so we went ahead and filed for citizenship

06/19/2018 - N-400 application filed online

06/20/2018 - NOA1 received online for Naturalization application

Lol! that's funny. You will get the Green soon It's coming! I'm definately looking forward to not having to use the travel document, standing in the visitors line and then going through secondary inspection. Although my first and last experience went smoothly and I took an hour in total from landing getting to my connection flight being pregnant untop of that. It feels great to know I can travel and enter together as a family.
