Hi everyone,

I hope we are all doing well. I checked my USCIS CASE STATUS and it read " My new card is being produced...On April 25, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us.....". I made a service request on 6th April as 6months from recieiving the NPIW Letter passed. This process took 9 months from filing to get to this stage, I am looking forward to receiving the green card timely. How long does it take after this notice anyway?

All other VJ Community users waiting hang in there! There is a light at the end of the tunnel after all.:dancing::goofy: Congratulations to all other approvals.

Congratulations! Enjoy! :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Hi guys!

New to the club...I have just received my NPIW letter and apparently have to wait for months...

Stupid question, I see some people here with predicted dates, where do you get this date?

Welcome to the club. Take a comfy seat as this process isn't fast, in fact it seems to go into reverse at times.

Green at last, green at last, thank god almighty, green card at last!!

Just got the e-mail notification this morning that her green card is finally approved and on it's way. Just a week shy of a FULL @#%&*!! YEAR after we filed but hey, who's counting? So happy to be one step closer towards never dealing with USCIS again.

To everyone still waiting, hang in there. I know how terrible it seems at times, but it's worth the wait.

Congratulations!! Enjoy this moment! Go celebrate! :)

And we all lived happily after...IF AND WHEN THEY PUSH THE @## GREEN BUTTON OF APPROVAL!!

Yep and Movin On is still waiting, sigh :( I wonder if they actually remember to turn on their computers to press the button? Makes you wonder doesn't it?

We just got home from a trip to a RFE - it is dated exactly one year from receipt of the AOS. They have a medical question about something from the original exam, not an expiration - not a big deal, so we will solve asap - at least there is movement! Wanted to keep everyone up to date that April 14 AOS receipt & NPIW 7/29/14

Unbelievable they waited until the last moment. Shaking my head.

Hey everyone, just got caught up again with all the posts, I've been trying to take my mind off the immigration stuff for a while, ROC still in the back of my mind of course, glad to see most of the oldtimers got approvals :)

Lots of June filers, we miss you!! :(

It's heartening to see June filers begin to be approved, being one myself.

I know there are some earlier filers who are still waiting and I hope they get approved soon.

I'm resigned to the fact that it will take however long it takes and I just hope it happens soon.

Today I mark the first anniversary of entering the US on a K1.

Yeah it is heartening but what about the March and April filers, perhaps the USCIS doesn't like those months? I celebrate my landing in the USA in May. Did not imagine that the wait would be this long, else I would have probably filed earlier!

Hello MovinOn Hello everyone. Nothing much is happening here. Wrote to our senator as well as another email to the Ombudsman. On Thursday my wife has her biometrics, so we scheduled an Infopass for that day as well. Figured my as well while we are in downtown Boston...

MovinOn, did you guys find out if your case is under active review yet? I still have no idea if ours even left NBC yet...

I hope the info pass is informative for you! :)

Hello everyone! I have been lurking around, checking out recent posts so congratulations to all recent approvals and GC recipients. I have been having my daily GREEN every morning. Still disappointing to see a lot of good people still waiting after more than a year. Come on USCIS lets get on the ball and get some of these good people their much needed approval!!!! Good luck everyone!

Great to hear from you, we miss you and your positive energy!

Hello! Everyone I was following this topic for few months now filled my AOS in end of June 2014 NPIW September 23rd 2014. I called USCIS 2 weeks ago spoke to the agent she checked my case status saying my case is out of time frame n checked which city I applied from and she assured me that she is going to contact the agent who is working on my case with notification.. And I checked my case status today online x

New Card Is Being Produced

On April 25, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxxxxx and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Yehhhhh party time..???

Go party hard!!!! Congratulations and thanks for sharing!

First time I have actually heard the USCIS agents saying something positive and delivering on that promise. I guess I am quite shocked really!

Still here patiently waiting

You are a lot more patient than I would be. I would be fuming if I was you! :(

Congratulations! Enjoy! I love the way how speedy they have been with your case!

I will be full term in a week or so, pregnancy wise, oh that's right I am NOT pregnant, but it feels like i am waiting for the last trimester and one day finally I might give birth to a little GC. I have had all the symptoms, nausea, headaches and lack of sleep, not to mention that awful taste in my mouth...... bitter sweet!

Good morning Peeps,

Well I am tired this morning, didn't sleep at all well last night. So if I am slow in replying today or miss something then I apologise beforehand.

Its another day and I want to scream to be honest!! Come on time to give Movin On, Camtor and Rebor a bloody card! Sick of the same old nonsense. I think you should write to the President, Movin On, I think he needs to know whats going on here. I read a K1 link yesterday and they are waiting just as long now and from what I read they are being in no uncertain terms told to shut up and put up. Such lack of compassion and caring really.

Any way you never know they might shock us today and start approving ALL our cases..

May the GC force be with you all! :)

Pissed off? That's very common here. Do t forget about cahrie (can't remember spelling)! They're the oldest that I remember. USCIS doesn't care. That's clear. But they're just paper pushers in a cog on the huge machine. It's in now way personal to them. And it never will be. Unfortunately for us.
