No not really, we went for an info pass on April 13th and they said that our case was in our local field office as of March 20th BUT, they were very "IF'y" about it and elusive so I dont really believe them, the info pass did not help at all! It could still be stuck at NBC, no one will respond or tell us much of anything. It is so stressful I dont; know how much more we can handle, I can not believe what they do to people. We did everything legally and like they asked in a timely manner and this is what we get? Unbelievable!

I figured our infopass appointment will be useless, but i just refuse to wait in silence. This is totally ridiculous... Seems like our case was lost...

Finally my husband received his Green Card last Saturday. 1 year and 2 weeks after we filed. Good luck for all of you who are still waiting for it.

Welcome to the club! The predicted dates were just part of a guessing game. My prediction for your case would be that the approval will be wearing tinsel and signing O Come All Ye Faithful when it comes.

I received the welcome notice today.. so happy BUT i have one concern. Is there anyone here who moved after you filed the AOS?

We moved two weeks after we filed our AOS, although we successfully change our address and got a confirmation from USCIS, still my EAD/AP combo card was mailed to my old address. so I have no choice to pick it up on the post office near in our previous address. (long drive!)

I know that USICS will give us the tracking number to locate our GC, I just want to have an advance info where will I get my GC.

If you received the welcome notice at correct address then mostly you should receive the GC at the correct address too. NO?

I received the welcome notice in our current address now. I think I have to call USICS and post office to make sure the address is correct.

I had a quick question to all those who received their GCs already, Does USCIS provide a tracking number when they mail the Green Card?

Looking at other people's status messages on the USCIS website it seems like they don't provide a tracking number for the GC.

Mine didn't show a tracking number until my case status was updated with message that it had been delivered. Helpful!

Same as original, with "Valid from" date as 5/19/2105 (my previous one had the expiry date of 5/18/2015).

Nope, no AP. I forgot to file the I-131 with my renewal. It actually says "NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO U.S." along the bottom, where my previous one said "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE".

Ok, thanks for the info! My attorney (rolling eyes) said that they will automatically approved the AP, I told him they would not. Now on to applying for the AP, ugh.

What can be more upsetting than waiting for almost a year and finally got approval and my mother's green card was delivered to the wrong address!!! Now i don't know where my mom's gc! Sorry i have to vent. WHY CAN'T JUST MAKE IT EASY FOR ALL OF US IF THEY WILL JUST DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY! I went to post office to find out and guess what it was delivered to a different address. The supervisor was supposed to call me and tell me where is that important document And i got no phone call! I will try to go there again. When you think it's finally over then this will happen. Unbelievable! !!

Hello! Everyone I was following this topic for few months now filled my AOS in end of June 2014 NPIW September 23rd 2014. I called USCIS 2 weeks ago spoke to the agent she checked my case status saying my case is out of time frame n checked which city I applied from and she assured me that she is going to contact the agent who is working on my case with notification.. And I checked my case status today online x
