Good morning Peeps,

Wow, it's quiet on the thread today, not a singular post and most of the time I have a hard time keeping up with the many emails notifications I get!

Perhaps it's the quiet before the storm and everyone will be posting later with exciting news?!?!

Any way hoping its YOUR (your, meaning everyone waiting) day today and of course once again Movin On's day too. I hope to hear more news about the ombudsman who said they were looking at a case and to see what the Senator/Politician does with Movin On's case too!

May the GC force and God be with you all today! Good luck! :)

Good Morning Shell, It is quite, especially now without some of our other friends. I hope things move along today at a fast pace!

Hi, thanks for the response!

All the I-72 I received says is

Other: Your medical exam has expired. Please submit a completed Form I-693 in a sealed envelope.

This to me sounds like a whole new medical unfortunately....I have googled many search terms and found nothing related to this. Anyone out there have any experience with this or know of any documentation about it?

Thanks!

Can someone give some input here please! I think it is for the whole new medical..

Morning Shell, morning all. A 12 hour shift for me yesterday followed by a restless night - Oh my I'm tired. It's our opening day at work today so it's going to a busy one. On the plus side it's been keeping my mind off 'green' issues.

MovinOn, I'm afraid I'm going to have to start waggling my finger at you before long. I do not feel comfortable moaning about my case when you (and others) have been waiting over a year. Please get yourself approved forthwith! ;-) :-) :-)

Have a great day everyone and by the way, just to let you know, my fingerprint fee has been received!

If anyone is listening up above (and I think divine intervention is now required) please could you arrange for my left palm to be crossed with green and my right palm to be crossed with a silver police badge. Thanks. Oh my, I think I'm delirious!

Aye Aye Captain, I will work on it! ;) Have a good day!

P.S. Our fingerprints have been received also, weird eh?

Can someone give some input here please! I think it is for the whole new medical..

I'm not so sure that any one can give input on this subject, because it seems that the USCIS just randomly give these out, some rfe's outline vaccinations, some want the whole thing.

It boils my blood to be honest, its not a cheap thing a medical, especially when you have already had one, it's also has an emotional impact as well as financial.

I will however, when I contact the ombudsman next month, bring this up with them as a formal complaint and highlight what is going on here. I will outline the fact that because USCIS are SO far behind they are making us pay for their mistakes and I will also tell the ombudsman that these are not across the board either, just rather sporadic!

At the end of the day I think there needs to be accountability here and an apology from USCIS, plus reimbursement of medical fees! One can try any way!

At least she didn't give you any incorrect information - quite helpful on the USCIS scale!

Tried that one a few days ago... the only response I got was saying that they'd received the case.

Exact words were: "Thank you for contacting the CIS Ombudsman. Our office has received your case inquiry regarding ******* and your case will be assigned to an Analyst for review."

I submitted the case the 20th of March, sent an email inquiry 7 days ago and received that message today. I've left a message on their answering machine this morning, but not been called back yet.
