I don't know when our case is getting in our field office but I think it's been more than two weeks now. The io said she doesn't know when it was transferred. It's been more than a year of waiting now and it is so frustrating. You've been waiting longer than us so I can't imagine how frustrating this is for you.

It is so frustrating for all of us. None of the IO seem to know what they are talking about. Im so sorry.

Our letter is same as yours July 10th. One year since NOA1 was last Friday... Just spoke with Tier 2 more of nothing. Just trying to get us off the phone...

Oh yes, that's right I remember now. Sorry about that. It is so irritating to me that they will not tell us anything about our own cases! Its our life and WE pay them! They should tell us what step they are at and what is still needed, set a date for the case and stick to it! Specially when we are in person in front of their face, its like our own personal business is a secret to US!* shaking my head*

Just got the same message without tracking...I guess we need to trust 'em...HA!!

Nothing since our call from the call from the IO on our approval day has been ordinary. 4 notices of production of the card: 3/27, 3/30, 4/10 and 4/13. Now no tracking...

Congrats!

You should get the tracking number once USPS picks up the card

as pointed out by espared12, we will probably get the tracking number tomorrow. we will see

Wonderful! Looks like USCIS finally decided to send you your card. Hopefully everything from here on forward will be ok. I didn't get the tracking number until the following morning, very early I might say. Keeping fingers crossed for you!

We did in fact finally get a tracking like you said espared12...maybe we will see the promised green soon...

I haven't got a tracking number yet. Card was ordered on the 8th and mailed to me on the 15th. On the 15 my status updated three times every few hours. Hopefully it'll be in the mail today!

April 18th 2014 - I-485 in acceptance.

June 26th 2014 - EAD/AP approved.

July 2nd 2014 - EAD/AP card arrived in the mail.

August 2nd 2014 - Potential Interview Waiver letter.

Jan 22nd 2015 - Submitted service request to USCIS on delay.

Jan 28th 2015 - Answer to service request that it's still being processed, and apologized for the delay.

Feb 26th 2015 - Jan 26th 2015- Sent in EAD to be renewed.

March 4th 2015- Renewal of EAD received by USCIS.

April 8th 2015 - I-485 Approved / Welcome letter sent.

April 13th 2015 - Welcome letter recieved.

April 15th 2015 - Card mailed.

Hi and welcome to the thread.

A year unfortunately is becoming the "norm" nowadays. The ombudsman say they take around 45 days to get involved. I haven't as of yet, apart from one case who sent in an ombudsman request in early heard of them getting involved, it normally gets sorted out before that point!

However, I hope you hear before the anniversary of waiting for your GC whichever way it happens! May the Green card force be with you! :)

I should imagine legally they should be telling us information that ascertains to our case, else there wouldn't be such thing as an info pass, there would be no point to it.

Movin On said they wouldn't even say whether or not the y would be receiving their AP, that is hardly top secret now is it! Either they are clueless or are just purposely putting obstacles in their customer's way, whichever way you look at it, it's not how to conduct a business in the interests of customers or the business alike.

Didn't know that, thanks guys...both our green will be in our hands soon.

Here's hoping, can't be that hard to press the button on their computers for issuance and delivery. Can it?

Good morning Peeps,

Well its the end of the week, we are past half the month, so whichever way we look at it if we haven't yet got our approval we are indeed one day closer to getting our approvals and being able to get on with our lives that we should have been doing a long time ago!

Didn't seem to be as much movement yesterday as prior days, perhaps they are waiting for today conserving their energy to give a BIG push today?

Movin On it goes without saying that I hope you get your GC approval today, sooner or later they have to do that and sooner or later if they haven't then the Ombudsman will step in. Hopefully it wont have to come to that and today will be your day.

Any way may the G C force be with you and may God be with everyone for approval today! :)

Thank you to this forum for all the help and support. I have been lurker on this topic and just want to share my mom's case. Submitted May 05, 2014, NPIW august 13, 2014, did two service request and her case was transferred to Providence local office. Today I got a text that my mom's card is in production!! Finally got her approval! Thank you and praying for those people waiting for so long will get their approval soon!
