Oops seems he got emails the day after approval, not all in one day!

Thanks, If I understood correctly, he sent the original in Jan or Feb and received the same letter then, that I got on Monday and then the other three he got very close together were these three here :) I THINK thats right lol.

Thanks, If I understood correctly, he sent the original in Jan or Feb and received the same letter then, that I got on Monday and then the other three he got very close together were these three here :) I THINK thats right lol.

Shell is correct, I sent the Ombudsman thing on January 26th, obviously got the generic email sayin they'll look into it and if they can't help they'll respond, but that email is simply an automated thing everyone gets, then on Monday I got the responses (and a few Tuesday after I got approved)

Oh and while I'm here I want to say I have never done an Infopass or anything like that EVER, just ombudsman and a few SRs (One done with tier 2 that didn't help at all, and one done online)

Yes but when he did in January he was still within processing times, hence probably the long delay, no info pass or showing his waiver letter etc

I sent an email to the mighty Ombudsman earlier today. I noticed a few of you mentioned a form, and I cant find going through all these millions of posts how to get to the form. Can someone direct me if I should fill out a form first? I literally just sent a direct email to the Ombudsman explaining that I have been pending AOS for over 11 months now....

I also got my EAD biometrics date today for renewal, scheduled in 2 weeks. I am rescheduling it though because we just had a 2 week vacation, and I cant get anymore days off work for atleast another 4 weeks.

Hoping I get some good news, and good luck out of doing this Ombudsman ordeal, and wish I would have done it sooner.

April 18th 2014 - I-485 in acceptance.

June 26th 2014 - EAD/AP approved.

July 2nd 2014 - EAD/AP card arrived in the mail.

August 2nd 2014 - Potential Interview Waiver letter.

Jan 22nd 2015 - Submitted service request to USCIS on delay.

Jan 28th 2015 - Answer to service request that it's still being processed, and apologized for the delay.

Feb 26th 2015 - Jan 26th 2015- Sent in EAD to be renewed.

March 4th 2015- Renewal of EAD received by USCIS.

April 8th 2015 - I-485 Approved / Welcome letter sent.

April 13th 2015 - Welcome letter recieved.

April 15th 2015 - Card mailed.

Well I haven't done one but I can answer a couple of these questions. It didn't take long to get a response for the people who filled one in on Monday, it did for Natonstan as he wasn't out of processing time. He didn't do a infopass, nor did he attach a NPIW letter. So no need to do an info pass nor attach the NPIW letter!

We submitted the inquiry and checked SR, Call center calls, Congressional inquiries, no infopass. Unlike Natonstan we sent a copy of our last SR with the Imperial CA address...

Today, just received the mail regarding SR done by Tier 2 on Jan 21st. The letter was from National Benefit Center.

"USCIS system indicate that on 05/06/14, you appeared at the local application support center and had biometrics taken. Processing has resumed on your application. If you need further information regarding the status of your case, please check Case Status Online at www.uscis.gov."

I fee so tired with them, told me what I know. So surprised with the answer :halloween:
