Hello everyone! Congratulations to everyone who got approved!

Still no news for us. It's been a year since we received our noa letter. We've been calling almost everyday to ask where our case is at but they've been telling us different stories. So We honestly don't know where it is right now. We have an infopass appointment tomorrow, and hoping to get some good news. This is already taking a toll on us as well.

1 year, 1 day since our NOA, our NPIW was 7/29 --- still waiting -- ugh

i am glad to see others getting approved - i am sure we are in that stack somewhere - so the more approvals, the better

Hope you hear soon with no random rfe! Boils my blood when they do that because they are behind processing times. I think they should pay for medicals and I think they should have penalties and fines for it.

To be totally honest I am starting to wonder if any one at the USCIS has any compassion or a heart or are they just so unhappy with their jobs that they want to take their frustrations out on people filing for visas and GC's?

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

I wont even bother phoning them, unless I want a bed time story! Great story tellers from what I hear on this thread!

As for an info pass, well I hope that they are nice, Nlhernan's was and would have approved it there and then if the case had been at their local office. Guiseppe found out where their case was, but Movin On's info pass by all accounts was a disaster. An info pass is about them passing information regarding your case, well it seems Movin On didn't have the password to extract the information! It's like, "Sorry, the computer, says no". Let's hope you get an info pass that excels your expectation! Rooting for you!

Just received my first ever honorary RFE-- not necessarily what I was hoping to see, but at least there's movement on my case. I was half-expecting this since my medical/vaccination record is now expired.

"The following evidence is required to establish your eligibility.

1. Your Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record has expired. Please have an authorized civil surgeon complete Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record with a revision date of 10/11/2011 or later. Form I-693 must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Civil Surgeon MUST complete BOTH the medical examination and vaccination portions of the form, even if you have entered with the K-1 non-immigrant visa.

2. Evidence of marital union such as tax returns, bank accounts, credit card statements, leases, mortgages, insurance policy statement, birth certificate of children, photos after marriage, etc."

Lovely. I'm assuming this means I need to take the entire medical again?

I have a very strong feeling that we will get one of these also..I just went and looked at our Vaccination report and guess the date for that form is...08/2011. So that particular form that the surgeon used has expired.

Unfortunately I don't have a car yet and we live in a gated community which is 4 miles alone to the security gates. No buses, no taxi's..... So even voluntary work would be an issue.

My husband and I have said we will get a car for me once I secure a job as it means another bill for insurance and such. The only decent jobs I can find that I would be happy in are about an hour away, so now we are thinking of moving closer to his work which is also an hour away! Also, my British driving licence is only valid for a year, as is my International driving licence, so I need to have lessons in my husbands car and retake the driving test which means a medical etc. Probably to be told my licence is only valid as long as my EAD. I don't know why they make immigration so complicated! :(

We only have one car also, dont have plans to get another one right now, its another bill to have to juggle. There are not many jobs here either, it's even hard to get a job at McDonalds in this place.

I know this is hard. I know being away from family is awful, and on top of that that feeling of uncertainty makes it worse. I wife also used to cry all the time, and she also secluded herself from everything. I did the same thing when I lived in Mexico with her. I really hope things get better for you.

Yup, same thing here, it is so very hard. It's even hard to plan any vacations at this point because you don't know when you will get something in the mail or a phone call, plus you need to save the money for what ever USCIS needs for you to do!

More than likely there is an answer for this but i've looked everywhere and found nothing.... Is there any place at all we can look at approval dates? VJ admins haven't answered any of my requests to add tracking data for NPIW cases.

Do we have somewhere at all to look at the data? a spreadsheet maybe?

What percentage of NPIW recipients are waiting 1 year from filing to receive their Greencard? 50%, 75%, 100% ??

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Thanks, here's hoping...my wife is getting antsy, though maybe more me than her...

I know how you feel, sorry to hear that. This is really frustrating after the long wait for approval but we have to struggle with receiving the card.

I want to end my wait soon.....it's really stressful for this process.

Mine still no any further update after the card production. And what make me feel bad again is that I've seen somebody in other forum somewhere having the same situation as me, 2 months passed but not yet received the card and USCIS told him that the case has not been approved yet!!! This was horrible. If no status updated by this Friday, I would contact senator or ombudsman. Don't want to wait for 30 days as it will take another 45 days for ombudsman to start looking on the case. :(
