Natonstan and I , have been discussing this one today in depth. We reckon that it goes on your NOA1 date as Natonstan did not submit his waiver letter, even if it doesn't it is worth a try if you are out of processing time at your local office!

Hi, guys! I think I'm the third one was approved today! Just now I checked my case online, it says that,

"New Card Is Being Produced

On March 20, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Hope more people will be approved today! ?

I think I need to fill it out too....I ma way beyond my NOA date....So what did you fill when they asked for "Type of Immigration Benefit:"? Did you choose the option which says "Citizenship or Naturalization"?

Not sure, not filled one in, can anyone help on this one?

Have you emailed the OMBUDSMAN, if so look at what Natonstan and I have been talking about, once they get hold of it, they give the USCIS 30 days for a decision! I think there are going to be a load of approvals this coming week!

I DID! On Monday when NAT was talking about it and I received the same response that ESPARED did! I have the email form them dated for March 16th!

Hi Vjers,

I know this is not the right place to ask this question, but since most of you have done renewal EAD/AP, i figured you guys will have the answers to my questions..

- can i just send total of 2 photos for both EAD and AP? Or do i really need 2 photos for each application??

- does anyone have a checklist and cover page that can help me??
