"New Card Is Being Produced

On March 20, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Hope more people will be approved today! ?

Hi guys, last week i emailed the ombudsman and received a reply from them yesterday saying that they've contacted the USCIS regarding my case and just now, i checked my status and it says:

Card Was Ordered To Be Produced

On March 19, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1490825265, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Have you emailed the OMBUDSMAN, if so look at what Natonstan and I have been talking about, once they get hold of it, they give the USCIS 30 days for a decision! I think there are going to be a load of approvals this coming week!

When do you submit an inqury, because you think you case takes too long?

My EAD and AP was approved in 39 days and but my AOS message haven't updated since september 24th. Almost 6 months.

As of September 24, 2014, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxxx, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice.

I know i'm knowhere near the wait some people have to endure... but still, the Denver Office say that an I-485 form received late january is expected to be processed by late May, so only 3 months

Another approval today, so that is three!! You need to go to the OMBUDSMAN, guaranteed to be approved in 30 days if you out of time at the field office which you are!!

I think it actually goes from your NOA 1 and the letter is irrelevant for this, no harm in trying is there?!?!

We all got a waiver letter, so we aren't really up to date about interviews, but an interview is good, it means you have an end in sight. If they are out of processing time at your local office you can put a service request in to move it on and it seems that may be the case with you!

I should point out that I simply filled out that form, I did nothing else in terms of emailing the Ombudsman, and if I remember right it took about a month to hear ANYTHING, I completely forgot I even did it, so to see people contacting them and getting an approval the same week shows they're doing something different (The Ombudsman that is)

I think I need to fill it out too....I ma way beyond my NOA date....So what did you fill when they asked for "Type of Immigration Benefit:"? Did you choose the option which says "Citizenship or Naturalization"?
