I spoke with a Tier 2 one time that didnt have a clue about what she was talking about. She said that you don't have to pay for the first EAD/AP but you do have to pay for the renewal,,again BS. Then she told me on March 4th that our renewal had not been received, then later that same day I received texts that said it was received on March 2nd! AND, she was rude about it!!! I'm so sick of this!!

I shutter the thought of ROC! ugh!

Just remember this, yes ROC may not be easy, BUT once you get the Conditional GC (whenever that will be) you are longer in legal limbo...During the period of application (ninty days prior to expiration of your green card and beyond), you are still a legal resident and with the I-797 for ROC, you will still be able to travel...

Just want the GC and live a half way normal life for awhile. We have dealing with all of this since July of 2012. Sorry guys don't mean to spout off, I'll calm down and back off for a bit.

Why???? You need to vent, we all do (or did)...

Again the SR suffix means nothing wnen it comes to the location of your case. And as we contiue to say, Tier 1 will always tell you your case is at your local office, because if you were of another visa class that cannot waiver (lucky dogs) and requires an interview, that is exactly where it would be...We're special...Isn;t that so nice...

That's why I don't believe my case is at my local office ,and I quit calling them . :clock:
