I spoke with a Tier 2 one time that didnt have a clue about what she was talking about. She said that you don't have to pay for the first EAD/AP but you do have to pay for the renewal,,again BS. Then she told me on March 4th that our renewal had not been received, then later that same day I received texts that said it was received on March 2nd! AND, she was rude about it!!! I'm so sick of this!!

I shutter the thought of ROC! ugh!

Well I read up about complaints against the USCIS and they had a link to do so. However, people can also use the ombudsman regarding complaints if they feel that by contacting the USCIS and complaining will hinder their application. Obviously if that happened it would be wise to keep the complaints sent and then take them to court to show they are purposely hindering such things! I personally think they should be fined for delays, they are a business after all is said and done.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

I emailed Ombudsman an hour ago about approval and not needing their services anymore. Got a quick reply back, check it out:

this is funny ,They made immediate reply when you don't need their help anymore ,but when you needed it ,they were playing hide and seek .

Im honestly super mad at the way I was just treated by the stupid USCIS employee

I kept asking her questions and her answer to everything single question was " the wait for interview waved cases is 2 years we are going to kee telling you to wait 30 60 90 days till you get a desicion on April 2nd your case got to Los angeles"

Said that about 5 times then just out of the nowhere said " oh man theirs no getting through to you people have a nice day"and hanged up

Unbelievable!! They are difinitely getting tired of people calling in to complain. I know how you feel I know I had my number of rude reps myself. At least you know where and when your case got transferred.

I think I will be contacting the Ombudsman again and I have the letter ready for our Congressman in our district.

Just called and filed a complain

Good I am glad you did!

I don't think the person on the other end of the phone understands that is unacceptable behaviour. I don't care if they get 2000 calls a day regarding this, as this is their job, what they are paid to do. Which should be in a sensitive and caring manner.

I am convinced they just pick random dates in their heads and tell people 2 years so they won't ring back! My husband is a placid man, nothing really agitates him, but the stories from here do. If a person had spoken to me like that on the phone he would be straight on their case and he would make sure they knew about it!

I was just thinking, I have heard a few times about this two year time frame, do you think that maybe they are trying to do away with this 2 year conditional GC and trying to work toward 10 year to get rid of all the BS that is in between with calls, SR's, renewals and interviews? Just a curious thought.

Maybe that is why they implemented this NPIW letter? to work towards that for some?

what if they still feel there are too many work loads to handle ?then just skin 10 years gc and have us waited 3 years to get the citizenship ? NO
