Wow, I would ring back and ask about their complaint procedure. I would definitely not let any one speak to me that way and think it is ok! I rang up the social security office when they told me I was out of time due to their lack of knowledge and asked what their complaint procedure was. The outcome was I received a return call and my social security card finally! I would do the same if I was spoken to that way by a tier 2 officer. I would be sending an email to the director and demanding a call back from Tier 3!

Good news your file is in Los Angeles if it really is? As I am writing this reply I can't see your local field office, but I am hoping it's not Los Angeles as I don't think many cases go to their local office to be adjudicated!

I just contacted my lawyer and asked her to make herself of some use n get me the number or email of the main person that deals with the employee at USCIS

My local office is San fernando valley not Los angeles

My wife and son's EAD/AP cards will expire at the end of September. We got our NPIW in October of 2014. When do I need to renew their EAD/AP cards? Do I just refile the same paperwork? Do we have to pay again? Is there a guide for renewal for EAD/AP, similar to the initial process?

Where exactly do I go to check on the NPIW status?

Sorry, was hoping at the 6 month mark, we would know what was going on, and I wouldn't have to ask these questions.

Thanks

Sorry didn't see all the questions, you don't have to pay to renew your cards. Not sure the procedure for it, as I have not got to that point of my journey yet, but there are lots of people on here who will be able to advise you further!

Good for you! I would NOT put up with that total lack of respect or caring! There was NO need for it and 2 years wait, I think not. If that was the case I would be taking the USCIS to court before they could say Jack Frost!

I have no doubt in my mind that Ombudsman helped Natonstan get his approval, but he opened his request since January. Ombudsman had time to process his request. In my opinion, Ombudsman did not help us get our approval since we submitted our request on March 16th.

Sorry, I didn't comment about San Fernando, I was just furious that the tier 2 officer thought she had the God given right to speak to you like that on the phone! She/he should get a disciplinary for that and I wouldn't let go of it if I was you! It is good news that it's not at your local office (if the Tier 2 officer gave you the correct info) means you should be hearing within the next month about your GC! Just still very angry about what you told us!!!

I am standing back with this one. Had the Ombudsman not contacted you with the email last week, I would say not, however they did, although we didn't get to the source of the emails sent and why. I guess time will tell if the other people who received the same email get their GC's shortly then it might be the Ombudsman. The jury is out!! :)

Where were you told your application was at, and do the last letters of your service request match that location?

I haven't call uscis for a long time after I realized all I got is false information .My online request always ended up with 3 letter which stands for my local office San Antonio .Before every time I called and spoke to tier 1 ,they told me same things that my case is at SA .But if that is true ,I should have already received my card long time ago because my local office was working on JUNE filer since January .I never tried to speak to tier 2 as some people here said they are useless too . I can't handle long waiting time on the phone either ,when I spoke to tier 2 about my EAD card before ,I waited almost 2 hours.

Give it another shot. Don't bother asking tier 1 where your app is just tell them you want to be transferred To tier 2. If you call early there should be no pushback. As soon as they transfer you it should ask you if you want to program a callback so you don't have to wait on the line. USCIS will call you back when a tier 2 rep is ready to take your call.

Im honestly super mad at the way I was just treated by the stupid USCIS employee

I kept asking her questions and her answer to everything single question was " the wait for interview waved cases is 2 years we are going to kee telling you to wait 30 60 90 days till you get a desicion on April 2nd your case got to Los angeles"

Said that about 5 times then just out of the nowhere said " oh man theirs no getting through to you people have a nice day"and hanged up

THAT my friend is BS! We watch here every week of members getting approvals that did not take two years! I would complain for sure!!! See, that's what I was talking about with government workers that are so rude. OUR taxes and fees are how they get their pay check... I could use a lot of four letter words here!!

I ABSOLUTELY agree! How rude! I wouldn't be sitting there taking that from anyone! I am sure they have rules and regulations of how to treat their customers. I am sure they have disciplinary procedures too! They aren't God at the end of the day. They are accountable and if it was 2 years for my GC to come through, I would be dragging them through the courts and making sure they got negative news exposure!

Hmm I guess we will never find out what those emails were about the other week! The good thing is you don't have to go through this bull any more. I am still furious about how a Tier 2 officer spoke to one of our fellow posters on here!!

I spoke with a Tier 2 one time that didnt have a clue about what she was talking about. She said that you don't have to pay for the first EAD/AP but you do have to pay for the renewal,,again BS. Then she told me on March 4th that our renewal had not been received, then later that same day I received texts that said it was received on March 2nd! AND, she was rude about it!!! I'm so sick of this!!

I shutter the thought of ROC! ugh!
