IV FEES NOT GENERATED

I am planning on sending all my documents before they invoice me the IV Fee. Do I need to send the AOS and IV documents in just one package or two different packages?

Yes, you have to send it separately, and be sure that you put in both the cover letter of the first form, the DS261,

it doesn't matter if you put the cover of one form or another, but be sure that you put it!

No, I didn't fill it out. I finally got a NVC rep that reviewed my DS-261 over the phone, and I was finally able to pay the IV fee today. Don't go back into the form! You will have to wait even longer that way.

I could be wrong, but I think these are "false checklists". It probably means that they've reviewed and accepted your documents.

I hope you're right, my friend. I can't stop refreshing the NVC page looking for my triple N/A!

I sent everything in one package, using the document cover sheet checklist they provided to me by mail. I made an additional "table of contents" page explaining what i sent, making the distinction there. They prefer for you to send everything in as stated in their website. I also sent it in without paying my IV fees. There is no problem with that (various NVC reps stated this)

After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of your forms, financial evidence, and photocopies of your original civil documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents in one package.

Also I called the NVC reps and they check my choice of agent form over the phone, so hopefully I will get the confirmation email and pay my IV fees soon. Also they have all my paperwork checked and ready to go!

I have choose an agent as myself, and paid my AOS fee of $120 on 03/12/15 and today is 04/22/15 and it still shows the IV fee is grayout. what should I do? I tried to call the NVC, The ph# is always gets me to the voicemail (Busy Recorded Line) I am not able to contact anyone neither find any answers. Do I have any option to pay the IV Fee of $230 by mail OR is it not rocommended once I choose an online option?

Have em on your speed dial and keep calling until you talk to a live person, early morning or after 9pm their time...

How long does it usually that for someone who has already passed 40 days and the IV fee box still shows grayout. On my DS261 even shows completed, and if I click on pay now on IV FEE, its going back to the grayout screen. So, what else should I do if I can't get hold of them...

I'm on the same boat, keep calling them until you get a real life person to check your file and check your DS-261. You can always send an email, but they dont answer them until 30 days later type of thing...I'm holding my breathe after I spoke to a NVC rep today that my IV fee will released for me to pay. But please keep calling, dont give up!!
