Did not receive email regarding scan date.

We sent our Civil Documents and Affidavit of Support on January 27, 2015 but it's already March yet we still haven't received any confirmation that they have our package. The courier that we used at the time shows that the package arrived at NVC and was received by Peters G. We still haven't reach the 60 days mark though. Did anyone got case complete without receiving email regarding their scan date?

Call nvc you can find out from them if they received a package. If they said yes ask them why you did not received a scan date.

check here..If you see 3 NA u r case is complete call NVC to confirm..Good Luck..
