It's really tempting.... So, if we cancel our K1 at the TSC, and move to a different state...one that the CSC covers, and re-apply... we could save months.... :)

First:

G-1145 only covers NOA1. So if you didn't then log in to USCIS, create an account and sign up for texts and emails you wouldn't get one for NOA2 or RFE or anything else.

Next thing:

Possibly, but from what I've read here it can take a while to get confirmation of cancelling the I-129F (you haven't applied for the K1 yet, that happens at the embassy). You don't want to petition a new I-129F without confirmation of the first being cancelled in case USCIS gets confused about what's what and why you're filing a petition with one already being processed.

Hello everyone,

We've received our approval NOA1 and also waiting for NOA2. I've called once because the website was down. I was told they were working on the site but our file would be processed normally. If i didn't receive anything within 45 days to call back. I'm excited for the NOA2. Would anyone be able to tell me what it contains? And what your experiences are? Thank you in advance
