However, Milosevic's lawyer, Zdenko Tomanovic, said that his client had feared that he might be poisoned, comments that will fuel speculation in Serbia and Montenegro about the death of the country's former president.

That's all the claim is based on. The dude was paranoid. Not very unusual for the brutal dictator type creeps. Doesn't mean there's any substance to Milosevic's fears.

The Milosevic family has said it does not trust the UN tribunal to conduct the autopsy impartially.

And that is what makes the conspiracy theory perfect. Whatever the outcome of the autopsy... ;)
