Hi Jenny, I am also on Feb 6th the scan date,, lets update each other if one of us got CC..:)

Will do! I just heard someone from feb 5th got a cc!! I tried calling but can't get through..never have much luck over lunch hour :/

We're so close I can feel it! Praying hard for good news & no checklists!!

. I have the same scan date as you and I just checked and i have the same 3 NA's. Looks like we made it. Trying to call NVC now to confirm.

You can call NVC and ask them. Your scan date is the day they actually received and scanned your documents.About the other thing: you are supposed to have THREE n/a's and Paid under IV fee.

Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

OmG guyss. I HAVE MY CASE COMPLETE!!!! Im so happyy !!! I wish all the Feb. SD the best of luck cause its going to be your time to shine soon. Thank you guys so much cause i wouldnt have noticed if it wasnt for your responses. Good luck and i hope that you get ur cases completed by this week.

Biometrics Completed: 5/4/2015 // Received call from Embassy 5/11/2015 asking if we want to transfer to Delhi.....huh? One week prior to interview? Ummm.... no thanks!

Visa in hand: 05/20/2015 (Yay!) ELIS Fee ($165) paid this day as well

SSN card received: 6/8/2015 (processed on 6/2/2015) // ELIS shows "Optimized" since 5/30/2015  // ELIS changed to "In Process" 07/14/2015. (E-file received 06/25/15)

GREEN CARD RECEIVED!! 7/30/2015

Sent:  3/22/2017 | $680 Check cashed: 4/3/2017

NOA1: 3/30/2017 (Rcvd 4/3/2017)

Biometrics Appt letter received: 4/22/2017 - Biometrics date:  5/3/2017 - Done. Hubby said they were super friendly in the Pittsburgh field office!

Just thought I'd update... I Just called Nvc & they haven't reviewed my case yet..no news is better than bad news right?!? Back to the waiting game! I still feel positive about this week though! NVC is really making great progress!!

When I go into mine I have N/A under AOS fee, Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence and for Civil Documents... but under IV Fee it says paid and IV application it says completed-- does that still mean we have a CC too?!

Lord I hope so!! We have a scan date of January 20th!

Yep, that sounds like a case complete to me. But u should call to make sure. And Congrats because i kno it is.

You can call NVC and ask them. Your scan date is the day they actually received and scanned your documents.

About the other thing: you are supposed to have THREE n/a's and Paid under IV fee.

Now i am confuse. In my status, it shows 3 N/a too.

But it is in affidavit of support and evidence, civil docs and iv application? Is that true that 3 na would be case complete?

First thing first have you sent your AOS and IV documents to

NVC? Trying to look at your timeline but doesnt show that you sent your documents
