first, thank you everyone. Visa journey is always been a big help to my journey.

I am LPR and just received the approval notice from USCIS for I130 for my son, under 21 and unmarried. I know that I have to wait for the next step which NVC will send me Instructions.

But my son will turn 21 this coming May, is he will still included on CSPA? I am just kinda confuse with the age calculation thing. Do i have to worry about aging out?

Please I need some advice?

Blessings everyone

Hi,

Whether CSPA will help depends on 4 dates;

1. His birthday,

2. Priority Date,

3. I-130 approval date, and

4. Date PD became current.

Google "CSPA calculator" and enter your dates.
